Top Game and an extra monkey in Crazy Jungle

In Crazy Jungle there are 3 monkeys in reel 2-4 and if you get them in a winning line you will come to the bonus game.

This means that they are worthless in all other combinations.

At this point I want to say that Black Diamond Casino is a serious place for players. I have used them since their start earlier this year.

However:

I have once before found an "extra" monkey in the game "Crazy Jungle" and that was when I ran out of luck totally at Rome Casino.

I didn`t catch the extra monkey with picture at that time. I was too furious over the loss I was making when the live chat told me the wrong amount during the WR.

But now i did during a screen recording at Black Diamond. I just tested my new installed software.

Why is there a monkey on the fifth reel when monkeys only have a "paying roll" at reel 2-4?

You only need 3 or more monkeys to trigger the bonus round. They do however need to be on a payline. Paytable is as follows:

3 monkeys 30-150
4 monkeys 100-500
5 monkeys 150-750

At 50 states casino (also Topgame) it says the monkey is on the 2 3 4 lines! So how is it then??? It is very odd that the layout is different from casino by casino

Moreover I guess the inner the monkey is (towards line 1), the lower the winning chances will be, as it will take the place away from other winning symbols.

Well, oblviously the two differs. And as maphesto provided a screenshot of Black Diamond payouts, you can see that crazily there are some monkeys on the 5th line as well, that is not mentioned in his rules. And the fact that you have a different paytable, Wild, that makes this more interesting. Well, so far I haven't seen such things. It is a software error + the same games differ. Where are your schreenshots from, Wild?

Also Black Diamond and it clearly says "Bonus Symbols: The bonus feature is triggered when 3 or more monkey symbols appear on any active payline". I have not yet played Top Game software for real money, just play mode as I am in the process of putting the software through its paces. So when I see anomalies like this example it doesn't exactly fill me with confidence!

The rules are the same: monkeys appear on the 2,3,4 reels, and in case they are on a winning line the bonus round is activated. Well, definately there is another one:

Moreover, that 4th one doesn't worth anything, for example this combination didn't pay anything to me, however this is also on a winning line:

It means that 4th monkey on the 4th playline doesn't have any role. An I had situations when I had 4 symbol in a row from left to right on a winning line, and the 5th place was taken by the monkey. So that 4th monkey obviously just made my winning chances worse, and took the place from a possible 5th symbol on that playline.

Top Game should care about what they do. I am very diesappointed, because their slots are cool, both regarding sounds and graphics. Very enjoyable. But such errors make the chance of winning worse. Not talking about that several affiliate sites advertise no deposit bonuses for Top Game Casinos, several of which are not real no deposit bonuses, but you need to deposit and wager your own money as well (usually deposit at least 25 and wager it at least 5x, or wager deposit+first deposit bonus 20x, in case you claim that too). Last time I was very happy when I completed the wr for such a bonus and was ready to cash out the max allowed amount, when I was told I need to deposit an wager more. What a disappointment. So Top Game should look around the bit to see what their affiliates are doing, and also take care about the proper functioning of their slots.

I think you will find that the monkey symbols must line up from left to right on an active payline to trigger the bonus. They are not scatter symbols.

Similar to Playtechs bonus slot "Azteca" and MGs "Jungle Jim" where the 4th and 5th bonus symbol only become active if the first 3 are triggered on a payline. However these 2 examples are different in that "Azteca" will reward you much higher if you hit 4 and 5.

Unlike the MG slot "What on Earth" where 3 or more rockets only have to line up anywhere next to eachother to trigger the feature. This Crazy Jungle slot seems to be very similar to MGs "Big Khauna".
