I think CWC handles all withdrawals quite timely. At least that is my experience. However Tom, I am afraid you will have to tlak to your promotions team and ask them to stop sending out promos direct to players by their names and username when in fact the promos dont work. It's very irritating especially when live chat states that promos are subject to status. WTF? The email was addressed to me personally and after several exchanges with live chat and emails I have still not gotten any apology although it is clear you guys have goofed up.
As long as you stop making these silly mistakes CWC casinos are still good to play at.
