    Main Street Group???

I am looking for a new home and decided to look at the cm list of casinos and came across the Main Street Group.

I went to live chat and was surprised to find this out:
Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Julia'

Julia: Welcome, how may I be of your assistance?

silcnlayc: Hi, I do not have an account yet and would like some information on how long withdrawals take to process please?

Julia: it depends on the withdrawal method that you choose

    silcnlayc: usemywallet only

Julia: but you can expect the withdrawals to take up to 2 weeks

    Julia: to be process

silcnlayc: you are kiddin! Why would anyone play here then? When other casinos process in 24-48 hours?

Julia: that is the time frame that we need to provide to the customers

Julia: but it can take less time

silcnlayc: amazing..I guess I will not play here, but thank you for the info...I really am floored on the time frame...

silcnlayc: You have been most helpful.
I decided not to play there as you can imagine. How in the world are they stayng in business , I would like to know...I think the CM should put the processing time next to the casinos on the list IMO...Make a column for processing time so we do not need to go and ask each time we want to find a new casino...don't you think?

I really don't understand your complaining, because this 2 weeks withdrawal crap is exactly written in their terms & conditions and also their 40x WR for a bonus and that's for me also a reason, to never play there!

Btw. you must also wager your own deposit 5 times, before you can make a withdrawal and that's even without any bonus, otherwise you have to pay fees for it!

I also don't understand, why this group is on the accredited list.

Um, I wasn't complaining...I was stating the surprise I got when I went to live chat for this info. I do not read T&C's if I can get it from live chat, why bother, it takes forever to find this info out and it is hidden in so many places it would take a lawyer a year to figure the garbage out so I took the easy way when you can get it in less than a minute...before deciding on playing there or not.

    It is a definite NOT!

But that's a big mistake, because it's only one click on T&C and then i can even read all T&Cs of them and not, what a live chat support tell me, because we know exactly since Rival support, that they sometimes even hav not any clue, what they're telling you, so you should really ALWAYS read the T&Cs before you start playing on any casino and this rule is not hidden, it's even stated on their banking/withdrawal side:

"IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS

Please expect withdrawals to take up to 2 weeks to process. It is very important to us that we meet or exceed your expectations. For this reason we need you to understand ahead of time that regulatory changes in the marketplace have limited the availability of deposit and withdrawal methods and have increased the time required to process withdrawals.

We value your business and will do everything we can to offer as many deposit and withdrawal options as possible and to keep the time it takes to process withdrawals to a minimum. Please expect withdrawals to take approximately 2 weeks to process.

Also take note that any player that deposits and requests a withdrawal without having wagered AT LEAST 5 times the amount deposited will be charged processing fees in accordance with the deposit method used. Fees vary depending on the deposit method and those methods that can not be electronically refunded by us will have delivery fees that also vary depending on destination and delivery method."

That's certainly a big joke, but it's all written on their side

An impossible task unfortunately. There are too many factors that affect it - country of player and the method used to withdraw being the main two. Also, ID verification and fraud detection can add to first timers.

An alternative view to consider: although two weeks is a long old time and bound to put a number of players off, is it not a positive thing that a casino states this clearly in the T&C's up front? Transparency is something we all shout about as being essential after all. It means players can make more of an informed decision.

Simmo!, you definitely are one to spin a bad deal into a good thing ...who in their right mind would play at a place like this in todays world, no matter how "transparent" it is...I didn't think these kinds of places still existed...that was why I was so SURPRISED!

LOL. Just giving an alternate view for balance thats all.

Actually, question: is the "two weeks" stated the time it takes for the casino to actually process the withdrawal, or the time it could take for a player to receive it? Big difference. The latter is fair enough because outside factors are in play...the former would be a poor show, but I was told they process in 48 hours.

There's no reasonable excuse (except when ID'ing docs) for a casino to take more than 48hrs to process a cashout.

Hmmmm... but "process" is a bit ambiguous. I don't believe the casino would take 2 weeks to send it out the door or a) Mainstreet would have no players and b) we'd have loads of threads about it. I reckon she is saying it will two weeks for you to receive it.

Only one way to find out - I'll ask the rep

    Hi,
I would kindly like to explain a little about the withdrawal time frames at Mainstreet. All withdrawals must go through a 48 approval process after it is requested.
Basically we try that all payouts are made within 3 days but it also depends if the player already sent the required documents, updated account information and deposits were already confirmed as cleared.
There cases where additional factors delay payouts (clearance periods for certain deposit methods, unsettled chargebacks, incorrect or closed electronic accounts, duplicate accounts, etc). We diligently contact clients in these cases and continue to email/telephone to follow up so that we can process the payment.
We continue to list our payout time frame as 14 days because we would rather err on the side of caution for those cases where circumstances involve a longer than normal payout time. Hope this information clears most of your questions and concerns.
