Mainstreet CS:Hope this information clears most of your questions and concerns.
Well, it answered my question very clearly...AVOID at all costs...since there is no reason on this green earth it should take more than 48 hours for all of the above...

WARNING: As requested by some senior members here at CM I feel the need to inform you I'm affiliated with RTG and Main Street through an affiliate website. Although my views and statements are honest and my personal opinion, to avoid attacks from some members I'm being upfront before posting within this thread. How's that for a disclaimer?
Honestly I bypassed this thread a few times, telling myself not to reply, don't post, you're asking for problems etc.etc. but I'm hard headed! eu_lowroller is correct, there has been past threads about Main Street and although they don't pay as quick as some would like there's not any reason to attack this Casino group. CM has them listed as accredited for a reason and I'd say because their honest and they pay. I've hit a few good licks myself and it took 5 days for an approval and had checks sent overnight with no fee. Like eu_lowroller said it's in the T & C's if ya don't like it don't play but let's face it US players that has a Casino group that pays means a lot.. I don't get why the OP even started this thread other than to make Main Street look bad, I mean if you look at their past threads, well here's one:

There was a time a $100 lasted for quite a long time even at $2 a spin...and for you to sit there and keep saying all is good...and keep having players think they can still have a decent time at any RTG...I say shame on you for giving that impression when almost everyone here KNOWS something is off with them...

Are you by any chance promoting them in any way? Just curious..Another BS line.....geez...

I mean no offense...but it seems you are very alone in these thoughts about how all is the same with these casinos...

I still pop into an RTG every once in a while and play a few spins....but these visits have gotten to be shorter and shorter and are going to be nil soon...because RTG casinos really have gotten so tight that it is absolutely ridiculous to even consider playing them anymore...until something changes or until they go broke...and my money is they are going to go broke if they continue down this path they have chosen these last 2 years..by literally stealing players money...and that has gotten old to many savvy players..who have moved on and beyond RTG's...

    .
I was under the impression this player had moved on from RTG software RIGHT so why are they looking at RTG now with Main Street? Looks like a case of nothing better to post about so let's attack another RTG but this time let's single out a Casino group. Geesh people get a life!! Not trying to stir up problems here but it's time to take a chill pill and move on to some serious issues instead of "Oh I need 24 hour payouts" or this Casino is rouge. And most importantly if you feel like, QUOTE: << but these visits have gotten to be shorter and shorter and are going to be nil soon...because RTG casinos really have gotten so tight that it is absolutely ridiculous to even consider playing them anymore...until something changes or until they go broke...and my money is they are going to go broke if they continue down this path they have chosen these last 2 years..by literally stealing players money...and that has gotten old to many savvy players..who have moved on and beyond RTG's... >> Why even start a thread like this?

    .
The bottom line is that I recommend this casino because I feel that they are honest, upfront, approachable, and willing to resolve issues expediently and fairly when or if they do arise.

I've known the operator for a number of years now, and he has a history of always doing the right thing. 48 hours is not an excruciating amount of time to wait for a payment - two weeks, well yeah - that's a long time. But I believe that would only be applicable for initial payments (as stated). They are upfront about it which is a good thing, isn't it?

Sure, I wish it were shorter time period, but this casino group has a solid track record of dealing with player issues fairly. They have had only a handful of PABs over the years - if that many.

I was under the impression this player had moved on from RTG software RIGHT
Not quite right...I have been looking for some DECENT playing RTG's because I do like the games..I never said I didn't...I just don't like what has happened with them in the last few years..See
    Quote:

Not attacking, I admit I was just too lazy to look at the T&C's
    so let's attack another RTG
CM has them listed as accredited for a reason and I'd say because their honest and they pay.
I never doubted or said that they would not be honest, that is the reason I checked the CM LIST...
48 hours is not an excruciating amount of time to wait for a payment - two weeks, well yeah - that's a long time.
I do not have an issue with the 48-72 hour waiting , it is when they need to claim up to 2 weeks...as they put it "Just in case" ???
    ...AVOID at all costs
I put that badly, I should have put " I need to avoid at all costs"..and added I am not very patient in waiting for my monies when due.
so why are they looking at RTG now with Main Street?
Because as I stated, I was looking for a new home and they ARE on the CM list...I trust the CM's judgement call on these casinos...that is the reason I picked them from the list...and admitted I was too lazy to look at the T&C's..and was very surprised by the answer in todays market...

I have never had an issue with payout times for any of the casino's, as long as I get it then I'm happy. What does bug me though is that with most RTG's, your withdrawal sits in pending blocking you from depositing until it is approved. Can this be changed so if a player withdraws and then wants to deposit again later that we don't have to wait for the withdrawal to be moved out of our depositing path or be forced to make a reversal?

I agree with TOC insofar as Main Street Group being a consistently solid operation over many years. If CM backs them, then I feel assured that players wont have any problems with payment....and it they stick to 48 hours as the norm then its cool.

Not trying to stir up problems here but it's time to take a chill pill and move on to some serious issues instead of "Oh I need 24 hour payouts" or this Casino is rouge.
Im not sure if you saw the poll a few weeks ago regarding what players consider to be timely payouts, but about 90% stated 24-48 hours as acceptable.....so either 90% of players are whingers and have nothing better to do with their time, or you don't quite have your finger on the pulse when it comes to what players really want. It is very common for a player to choose one casino over another based solely on cashout times, so it is definitely a serious issue.

Also, I assume you mean 'rogue' as Im not sure anyone cares about colors when choosing a casino.

    Nice disclaimer BTW.

Basically we try that all payouts are made within 3 days but it also depends if the player already sent the required documents, updated account information and deposits were already confirmed as cleared.
There cases where additional factors delay payouts (clearance periods for certain deposit methods, unsettled chargebacks, incorrect or closed electronic accounts, duplicate accounts, etc). We diligently contact clients in these cases and continue to email/telephone to follow up so that we can process the payment.
We continue to list our payout time frame as 14 days because we would rather err on the side of caution for those cases where circumstances involve a longer than normal payout time. Hope this information clears most of your questions and concerns.
Well I must say that the 48 hour approval time was NOT always what it was for me

There were at least 2 occasions where my withdrawal sat pending between 3 and 4 days. One of them might have been on a weekend, im not 100% sure, but it doesn't say 2 business days it says 48 hours. I ended up reversing about $5,000 on one occasion (I know, my own fault, but im not much on willpower), as I just kept waiting and waiting. Of course support said they were still working on it, but finally I said screw it. So 48-96 hours pending, then another 3-5 days before the mailed my check/got my fed ex tracking #, and then another few days to receive check. So yeah about 10-12 days on average.

It should be noted that it certaintly wasn't an issue of "additional factors". I had been depositing here regularly for 5+ years so yeah all my docs were in order. I supposedly had some sort of VIP status as well. This is how they treat their good customers, mind you. Deposit 2-5 times a week, a few hundred a week for years on end, and I still had to wait forever to receive the few cashouts I could manage (which were about 1 cashout per 100 deposits or so, on average)

I gave them up for good early this year, but after being disappointed with the new breed of RTG that has been coming out, I emailed their VIP host to see if I could get a good bonus offer to entice me to come back.

I was offered 30% bonus on my first deposit back with them

Why would you want to make a new deposit instead of reversing part, if not all, of the requested withdrawal?

The reason casinos don't do this is because they'll have to pay additional fees for the new deposit, when they can reverse it for free.

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

Usually if you reverse a withdrawal you begin the wait time again.
