Unfortunately, I cannot go in person, so I'm seeking one to register online or by sending scanned copy of all necessary documents. And what about online poker related transfers? Seems like all these 10 banks won't allow transfers from/to poker rooms...correct me if I'm mistaken.
Thanks for help, but I'm asking not only abou US banks! I'd rather make a deal with any of EU bank, so if anyone fron Europe can suggest any bank which allows opening accounts for poker related transactions - it will be much appreciated!

I am not sure I fully understand the question here. Do you need to open an online only bank account? If so how would you intend to get money into it without ever going to the bank?
I am assuming to get fresh money into this new bank account you would at some point be transferring funds to it, from another account or card? If this is the case why not simply use an e-wallet? or a wire transfer from an exisiting account.

This is an impossibility at this time since all regular banks require you to go in and sign a signature card when first opening an account.I want to open bank account specially for online gambling
This would be one of the best bets you can make for online gambling.why not simply use an e-wallet?

The problem is that not many banks want to operate with gambling-related accounts since. They explain that gambling (and poker) is high-risk activity and possibility of money laundering is pretty high (according to them).
