Sloto cash withdrawals?

Finally i came to withdraw from Sloto after 40 deposits this year. And it was my first this year. So, imagine my surprise, that after more then 24 hours after flushin, money is still not in my acount. This morning i checked and nothing. Contacted Live support and was told money will be later today. Then i talked to them later and was told that my request was forwarded to acount managment and i will be notifyed within next 24 hours.
Live help was very helpfull.

Anyone else had problems here?
As is only Rival that i play only because they are fastest with withdrawals this is annoying.

Rival casinos have the right to invoke their 5 day rule at any given time. This has been posted many times. Hopefully you will get your money sooner!

I made very fast withdraw from one of the Rival casinos ( Tradition ) in last week .Even they said between 1-5 business days I received money second day.

Wow, SlotoCash is the fastest Casino ever when it comes to withdrawals. I once had my cashout processed in just 6 hours!
Are you a VIP? If not, that may have something to do with it...
If you are, then I don't know what the hold up could be, they're usual quite prompt.

FYI - support reply with the following message when they are unable to find the answer to a members query. However must issues are dealt with, within an hour.

Maybe this is now new, because as i had registered in your casino, which is now about one year ago, i could make my first withdrawal and wanted to flush my withdrawal and the chat support told me, that this is only available for VIP users, so i have to wait 24 hours and at this time the withdrawal is still reversable.

But after my first withdrawal i got an email, that i'm now a VIP player (i think you must only deposit a full amount of $50 to get a VIP Player?), so it was okay for me
