Agreed, Psychedelic Sixties is as high variance as it gets.
Low variance are Art Heist, Love and Money and Hole in Won for example.

Rival also has a bunch of No Variance slots, slots that just dont pay at all, like Hobo's Hoard and Eggztravaganza.
(Seriously, has anybody EVER managed to line up 3 eggs on that slot? Even the cheapest ones count!)

I rate Psycho as Medium variance, whereas the 2 Scary slots are definitely high, as is Jacques Pot.
I rate Cleo's Coins & Love and Money (and their clones) + Baby Boomer's and 5-Reel Circus as among their lowest variance slots. But of course, it's all subjective to each of our own personal experiences!
