Just a bit of a heads up. If you do decide to take advantage of the $25 free, then also take the 200% bonus. Make sure before you take the 200% bonus or deposit at all. That the $25 free coupon has been played off completely and that the bonus has been flushed from your account. Otherwise you might get a friendly surprise like I did this evening. Luckily it was resolved but the original terms I was reading informed that the 200% bonus required a 20 times playthrough. Then I went into chat after about 2 hours of play to check on my playthrough. I was then floored when I was informed that I had to play 40 times playthrough. Which then she stated was standard for this bonus.
I then told her that according to the web site and the page that asks if you want the bonus or not. That it was only 20 times playthrough required. Well then she stood firm that the web site had a typo and that I was required to play 40 times.
Well after firmly requesting I talk to a supervisor. Surprise, surprise she finally decided to do some investigating into the issue. She then asked if I had anything left in the account from the free chip bonus. I told that the account was zeroed. At this point, she then informed yes the new bonus I had taken had a 20 times playthrough, but said she was going to have to investigate why the free chip stuck. So long story short. After about 20 minutes of chatting she finally gave me a more realistic number that sounded more along the lines of what I figured I had played.
So just take a lesson from what I learned. Yes they are new and I'm sure need to have some of the bugs worked out of them. Even though there parent company English Harbour has been around for a while. Make sure you get in chat each time before you deposit and make sure bonuses are flushed. Otherwise you might end with a couple thousand dollar surprise.
