How do you decide when is the right time to cash out? Obviously, if you deposit $25, and work it up to $50, you probably aren't going to stop there. But what about $200? $500? $800?
Or do you use a number as a factor of your initial deposit?

Personally I'm a "bonus hunter" so my trigger for cashing out is when I've finished the WR.
If I had less than my deposit left I would usually play on to try to get it back up, but it's surprising how rarely that happens; I tend to either bust out completely or finish WR with a good profit.

I normally only deposit around $20-$50 so I'll withdraw from $100 and above if Ive been playing for a while. With bonuses or free chips, if I win I'll play a bit above the WR and normally I won't withdraw all the winnings. I just accepted a 100% bonus from Sloto, had $160 after the WR and withdrew $100. I've played about another hour or 2 since withdrawing and still have $50 there.

When playing a promo mostly after completing the WR, as long as its more than the starting balance. When playing without a bonus, especially Videopoker, I cash out when I am up and have the feeling that I would become too reckless in doubling. Yesterday I popped 50 into 32Red and made it up to 100 and cashed out in order to end the day with a win.

I very rarely take any bonus(except 32reds monthly) and usually deposit between $50-$100 per session. I normally cashout when i've hit over $500 while leaving my original deposit in account to continue playing.

First of all, the only thing $25 would be good for is nickel slots or video poker, or perhaps a Playtech casino if they still let you play table games with dime chips(?).All kidding aside, If I'm ever 20% up ($30 in our example) I take half (2.50) and pocket it and play with the other half. If I don't win another hand/spin before it's gone, I stop. If I continue winning I add half to the bank and half to the pocket for each win and play until the bank is gone.
Most of my deposits are small, $50 or less. If I take a bonus at Inetbet, I withdraw when meet the WR, because I am want to make sure the bonus restrictions are cleared before I play further.
3Dice, usually if I am up $50 to $100 bucks up. If I am up $150, I'll play $50 more (or even $100), hoping for more. I low roll there, and slots are quite hard to hit, but offer some big payouts. I've been lucky enough to have some large hits there, but not recently.
If I am playing MG or RTG without a bonus, I'm looking to cashout $250, unless I am dying to take a bonus somewhere. Anything less than $250 is not really worth me cashing out, because the only thing I would do with it is gamble elsewhere. It needs to be at least that much for me to feel it is worth paying the $14 incoming wire fee my bank charges (probably going up Nov 1).
$500 or $1000, always hit the cashout button. But $784 will become either $500 or $1000.
My play overall would probably be more profitable if I took more frequent smaller wins and just kind of "banked" them in my ewallet until I hit my $250 send it to my bank point, but those funds burn a hole in my pocket with all the attractive offers hitting my mailbox.
If you are a table game player, I'd have to say when you hit about 10 hands to the good...So if you play $25 a hand blackjack, $250 ahead would be good IMO. At least that is how I approach the tables at a B&M.

Hiya: For table games, "I" will cash out after making a little more than double my deposit. $1000 has become $2300 or thereabouts, i will withdraw $1300. The idea being, that even if i lost the original $1000 after this, that, even after paying Fee's and such, and depositing $1000 back into the casino, I still have around $200-$250 net profit.

Sounds like what ClubWorld does to me - the only time I get a decent enough hit to cash out is on Friday and it whispers to me all weekend til I come back and lose it.
Seriously though, I'm not a big depositor either - usually $50 or less and what I've been doing is withdrawing once I have 10x my deposit - that's been working for me lately. With 3Dice because the WDs are instant I sometimes withdraw sooner if I can get ahead.
