    Anything new with Top Game?

So, things have died down, but I am still waiting to hear if there is any new progress with the Top Game industry?
Are the previous issues still in the works, being fixed/corrected?
I see there is a new slot and it gives a value for the wild symbol, but have not seen a value placed on the other slots wilds, will these be changed?
I also see some of the slots have been pulled, are they being revamped?
Will the high wager requirement be lowered for the jackpots?
    Waiting patiently for some news.

I know they get some complaints here, but that aside, their slots seem very fair to me, maybe even a little loose. I just wish they would improve their cashout process. It's way too slow.

The only thing good I'm seeing so far out of Top Game. Is the rather lage welcome bonuses, but am still curious that if I were to deposit at one of the few Top Game casinos. Let's say I do win, would I get paid? Being that software as a whole is rogued just not sure if I'd even trust them.

    Hi

I represent Rome but I'd like to update you with what I know about these issues.

TopGame are in the midst of a process of improving our existing slots and bringing in new ones.

First, the slots that were taken off have been taken off for an upgrade of speed so they spin faster (players asked for it) as well as a QA process for TST - As you may know they are currently under TST evaluation of gaming fairness, which is a third party company (well known in the online gaming world) auditing our Random number generator and our payouts, we expect certification to be along this month.

As for the wilds - All new games will have it, they are still working on changing the existing slots, but it is apparently a very hard thing to do as the slots are already configured a certain way. 2 new games are coming out in the next month or so and both will have the wilds. The exact same goes for the high wagering requirement on the jackpot slots, unfortunately. I personally have been pressing for change but it was explained to me that it is quite hard to change these terms once the slots are played and they are trying to find a way to do so without taking the slots down for too long and having to completely redesign the game engines.

I will of course offer further updates as I receive them.

Cheethawind - I can assure you that you will NEVER need to fear non-payment of withdrawals approved by a TG casino - They may have what is considered a slower than average withdrawal approval (3-5 working days) but they pay. Just ask around. They are currently in that area of CM because of technical mistakes, not for non-payment issues.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

    Hi Noah,

I play at 32Red at best I've received payment to Neteller in 3 hours. The longest I've waited is 22 hours.

Other MG casinos I expect to wait no loner than 48 hours for my funds to hit NT.

For me 3 days withdrawal approval is absurd. And 5 days is without doubt unacceptable. IMHO expecting players to be OK with this by trying to cloud it with you'll be paid, is a bit rich for my liking.

I can understand a Bank wire and check taking this long but you also place web wallets into this extended time frame.

Players aren't fools and by experience us players soon learn that casinos that enforce these unrealistic withdrawal times are seriously out of touch with their players.

    Cheers

    Dave

    Hello Dave,

I respect your opinion concerning this issue but I believe we have discussed it already on another thread. I made it clear that this is the current time frame, if players find it unacceptable or not, that's up to them, and you've made your feelings on the subject clear. We make no excuses or try to hide the fact that there is a certain withdrawal time, we aren't lying or trying to deceive anyone about it. We compensate in other things like great bonuses and a great payout. This is obviously something we're trying to do better but for now this is the time period.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

I think its somewhat unfair to compare a quite new casino, which also targets US players, to 32Red. And they havent always been that fast.

And its still faster than Nedplay were it can take up to one month or more. And there are still many MG casinos with a 48h pending time which cant be altered.

But I wonder if the withdrawal is reversible during the 3-5 working days?

    Hi Spiderlegz,

To answer your question - it is reversible, but we also allow our players to deposit and to receive bonuses (although t&c reserves the right not to give bonuses, we do give them), so having a pending withdrawal doesn't disturb your play and you are not required to cancel it to play.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

I just wanted to mention that while I was at the conference in Budapest I did manage to sit and talk with the new CEO of Top Game and I have to say he was very impressive with the passion and his commitment to the future of Top Game. They do seem to be very concerned with any issues that arise and eager to fix all the glitches that players find. I also mentioned to him that a 3rd party audit of the software RNG would go a long way in players and affiliates eyes. They are in the process of getting this done as well I was told.
