    Withdrawal Limits updates

Thanks for the feedback guys. I agree we were a bit over cautious with those limits at first so we have now updated them to a more realistic figure. As always, we would be happy to discuss exceptions in individual cases should they arise, and in time hope to do away with these limits alltogether.

For now, the maximum withdrawal transaction has been increased to $2,500.00 per week and $5,000.00 per month.

Sorry but $5,000 per month is not realistic. So if I won say 20k it would take 4 months to get paid! Last time I wont 21k not so long ago at an MG it was paid in full around 24 hours later Sorry to say but if I play at a casino and I hit big then I fully would expect to be paid in full asap. Sure its ok for some but I can deposit 1000s in any 1 month but never a cent at casinos with any kind of withdraw limit weekly or monthly. Apart from say Intertops who have i think 10k per day which is fine. Thats just my view

I am wondering whether it is possible, especially for the high rollers, to have a max withdrawal of $5K per month or a withdrawal limit that is not less than the net deposits of the player in the past 30 days.

I should probably explain that these were only put in place to limit our monthly exposure as a relatively new casino, in the event of multiple customers hitting large simultaneous jackpots.

If you as an individual hit big then, assuming dozens of other customers didn't do so at the exact same time, we would be happy to make an exception to these guidelines.

Exactly! As a casino you should have enough funds to cover every eventuality. In the UK and Denmark the casino houses have to have enough funds to pay players up to the house limit. Ok thats land based but why should it be different for online ? Imagine walking into a casino and hitting 30k and the manager asks me to come back every month for my payments. They would loose their licence in a flash! I would not want to play at a casino that has worrys about over exposure. You should be bank rolled to the hilt to ensure funds are available for All winning players and all cash outs regardless of the amount won. Sorry but its a bad excuse in my humblest of views. Its a good set up cubed & Buzz and I would defo had played their if not for limits. But as it is I deposit my bling $$$$ elsehwere.
