Wheel of Wealth Multi-Player Slot at Microgaming - (new) - Trip Report

I played the new multi-player Wheel of Wealth community slot game this morning. It's intriguing to say the least - you're playing with up to 5 other people around you in the same window (all players have their own screen of course) - and you can chat with the other players which I thought would be fun, but no one in my group was in a very chatty mood.

Everyone participates in regular shared bonus rounds, but your multipliers (obtained by spinning 2 or more Scatter symbols are reflective of your coin size). When the bonus round is hit, all active players pick a spot on the wheel and they spin it up, and each player's prize is multiplied by their multiplier bonus (surprise, surprise).

    Here are some screenshots:

The above is just during standard gameplay where you can chat and whatnot.

Above is once the bonus round hits and everyone grabs their spot before the wheel is spun.

    And...calculating your MILLIONS!

Following the concept of the Party Time, WoF and Monopoly style games you get at B&M's. Nice addition. No-one is particularly chatty there either in my (limited) experience

Coming to all I believe. I definitely know it's coming to 32Red as Mark told me about it and it sounded interesting. I just saw it on another MG casino but they're not accredited I don't think so I would suggest waiting for 32Red as 32Red is awesome.

So how does this work? You've got 1 player playing at 1000 spins/hour and 3 at 100 spins/hour, both playing the same coin size - do they all get the shared bonus at the same time?

When the bonus hits, all that matters is your accrued multiplier. Which is earned via scatters and is relevant to your coin / line amounts. You can't 'trick' the system. If you have a bonus multiplier of 60 playing max coin, dropping down to half the coin size will give you a bonus multiplier of 30.

You can be playing for awhile, without hitting scatters and you'll be sitting on 0 bonus multiplier. So when the somewhat regular bonus round/s hits, if you're on 0 - well, 0x (bonus amount) = 0.

I have not seen this, but I recall HEARING about it some while ago. I am sure MGS have gone to great lengths to prevent players "tricking the system". The attraction seems to be that players will receive MORE bonus rounds, although at smaller multipliers, because they benefit from rounds won by other players.

Surely DROPPING the bet by half INCREASES your multiplier, since it was earned from HIGHER bets. Similarly, you could not earn 100x at small bets, and then go to max bet to wait for someone to win a bonus round.

P.S. Are MGS CERTAIN the system can't be tricked

They are well known for the odd cock-up

Yeah, I think you're right - I'm a bit tired. Basically, the system can't be 'tricked' is the point. If you drop coin value, your bonus multiplier is affected proportionately.
