Bloody hell! I spent ages putting all their details on my websites & really building them up for having a SUB WR which matched the best of the other 23 Rival casinos... and now I've got to go and change it all again! Grrrrrrrr!

Not only that - I was just about to go and claim it myself!
And another thing - some of their affiliate banners clearly show the slot "Jenny Nevada and the Diamond Temple" - but I just checked and they DON'T have it!

Duh,

it was the opposite for me. I was sure it was 25x WR when I signed up but when I checked again yesterday it was 12.5x WR. I temporarily uninstalled it so i dont know what it is now.

They definitely changed it - today for me in the UK it says (D+B) x 25

Well, a N/D bonus with wagering 50 x I dont mind , however I would never take a matchbonus with those wagerings.
I rather play without one or where i am not consideded a bonus abuser =)
I will most likely play here again though since I won on my free chip, even though I have yet not cashed out since my neteller is empty =(((

First, I would like to apologize for only now replying to this thread. My mother is quite ill with cancer, so I've been tending to her and I've not had the sort of time to be as responsive as I should be.

Anyhow, in regards to wagering requirements, the $20 Free requires 25x bonus wagering, and the first deposit bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25x (deposit + bonus).

Marie - thank you for the screenshot, I'm pretty much baffled as to why it would show 12.5 x d+b! Could you please PM me your login name at Vanguard and I'll ask Tech support to look into this. Chuchu--same goes for you, if you still have the bit available to you.

Last but not least, to address Kasino King and the 'missing' Jenny Nevada and Goldman games: Those two games were licensed solely and exclusively to Slot Power and as of now, we are unable to carry the licensing over to Vanguard.

i have to give them a big thumbs up!

since i made a cashout from a freeby on vegasregal some time ago i was bonusbanned in every new rival casino from the start. i joined vanguard and told them about it and they made me eligible again

so i claimed the freeby, and what should i say i ended up with nearly 800€ but only 100 cashable anyway..

the livesupport was quite short on their answers but helpful. i made me withdrawal request, they flushed it now lets see how long it takes...
