The reason I am posting this, though, is becasue I am very impressed with the customer service, so far. 'Jerry' and 'Mia' were wonderful as I had some confusion with the bonus money. All day practically they helped me out lol. I am still playing it and every time I go above it by $25 I cash out to QT. So far I have cashed out $350.

I still have $100 bonus money to play with...and anything more than 25 ....off it goes to be cashed out.

Wel, I've sent in my docs. yesterday, got an email they were received and would be reviewed within 24-48 hours.
To my big surprise, only 6 hours later (on a Sunday) I got the mail they were approved and that I could now proceed with my cashout!

I liked them on the previous software aswell. But RTG is cool, as long as you play in a trustworthy casino. This casino is one that can propably rise to the standards of inetbet and casinotitan. Yes, I just spotted that too and was coming to this thread to warn people - but you beat me to it!

Clause 11 of the bonus T&Cs:-
The maximum amount available upon the completion of an individual bonus Coupon's wagering requirements is $3,000. (Upon completion of the wagering requirements, the Bonus Balance will be moved into the Withdrawable Balance and limited to a maximum amount of $3,000.)

Not too bad for the lower amount bonus coupons I suppose, but could be tricky for anyone taking the $400 or $500 match...
