    Most of the time (unfortunately), we hear stories about rogue casinos using different tactics to steal from the players, delayed payments in a hope that players will throw them back and other wide-range of methods – known as unethical casino behaviors. I want to share with you something different. Here is the story:


    Recently, I withdrawn my moneybookers funds to the bank account and yesterday when I logged into MB noticed 11eur left. Just thought, okey nothing for the serious action, but enough for a few spins – little bit of entertainment before going out for Saturday night. 3Dice come as a natural solution for a few reasons – low deposit limit, positive image on this forum, never played there.(new experience and possibly new content for my gambling-related Website). So, I joined them.

    The first unusual, but really cool thing was “chat window” which popped up after logging in, and few of the players wishing me luck. Soon after that, I got PM from casino representative informing me about terms&conditions regarding the first deposit bonus. (Of course I read all this info before I joined, but it’s really a great gesture and very useful for inexperienced players). I deposited 11eur, accepted the bonus, so my balance was 23eur (and almost 700 wagering requirements).

    Another great feature I noticed – Every slot has info related to variance (low, medium, high…). I choose very high-variance Tutankhamen slot and went into really lucky streak. Two times I lined up scarab symbols, and soon after that, 3 scatters appeared for a free spins feature. After free spins, my balance was over 200eur. I went to cashier and was surprised to see that I have more then 400 to wager in order to withdraw. I played some table games, then back to slots, free spins again (re triggered 3 times). To cut the story, I completed WR and decided to withdraw 400eur. Hit the withdraw button and went outside for a coffee.

    I come back (in less then one hour), and checked my inbox – “Money Received: Withdrawal from 3Dice.com”. The fastest payment I ever experienced from the online casino. (and it was weekend).



    This post is not about my luck or about 3Dice Casino software. I do not have much experience playing there. But, there are some key-points, which I want to emphasize:

    - Clean terms&conditions for the bonus (All games allowed with different % to contribute to WR).
    - Casino representative informing about the terms for the bonus. (althought not obligated to do so, as it is stated at Website)
    - Professional&Friendly support.
    - How much left to wager (in order to withdraw) is clearly seen at cashier page.
    - Almost instant withdrawals. (less then one hour).

    The chances for the player to fall into some kind of trap are reduced to minimum. The chances for the casino to say “Ahh…you are bonus abuser”, “We are sorry to inform you, but you played the wrong game and you will not be paid…” and similar, are non-existent.


    I think that a lot of operators should learn from this example. This industry would have higher reputation, more happy players and less complaints. Kudos to 3Dice!

    That's all well and good but i would love to see the Audit if and when that happens, dont get me wrong customer service is great but lets wait to see what this audit brings.


    I have no arguments that they are by far one of the better casino's relating to customer service but there is always more factors in play.

    Congrats on your win...

    I've never deposited at 3dice but have played some of their slots in free mode. I found the slots a little boring. One thing i did not understand was the variances. On one of the slots I played you could chose which one you wanted (low,medium,high). Could you please give me some insight on the variances. Thank you

    I agree.

    It's important for every casino to be audit by third-party company. I can not comment on their software, as I played for only few hours and obviously was lucky. The thing which impressed me - their customer service and whole concept related to bonuses,terms,fast payments and treating customers.

    Variance is a term related to "gambling risk" over some period of time.

    For example, low-variance slots usually pay reasonable wins fairly often. Lower risk, more playtime, but less "big wins". Common for players looking for longer period of entertainment, but smaller profit.

    On the other hand, high-variance slots have higher risk, fewer wins but bigger. Usually they require larger bankroll, as wins are happening less frequently.

    Actually, I was very lucky to hit a few decent wins with such a low bankroll on very high-variance slot like Tutankhamen.

    Well, not my first, but my third deposit I got lucky at 3Dice. The CS contacted me via chat, offering to flush my withdrawal! I declined, but played on for a bit and then made a slightly larger withdrawal. It was not via a web-wallet, and Anna persuaded me to fill out all the info for a wire instead of waiting for a cheque.

    Still a loyal player over a year later.

    Hope 3Dice completes their audit soon. They give away a large amount in tourney prizes, and I don't think their slots pay as high as percentage as some online slots (neither does my B&M), but I do think they are random.

    There is not a huge selection of slots, but the games are all unique (except the Reel of Riches series) and they bring out very innovative games.

    BTW, I like the Reel of Riches series very much, even if they don't like me as much!

    Ok....I finally made a deposit at 3dice. Did not do well but found that playing with money made the slots a little more interesting. Will try again.
