Hiya: Yes, I had it happen a little over 4 years ago. It was Captain Cooks Casino. They quoted the, "Play for Entertainment", part of their TOS, and said i was, "Playing for Profit", and based on my pattern of Play, and the Money i was putting at risk, "It was no longer deemed to be Profitable for the Casino". ie, They had no hope of getting back the money i had won.

I, "Think", i have the screen shot of the, "Banned", account somewhere. I will look and see.

Here is what they, and the OP Casino should have done. Posted/Advertised, ect, "Player xxxxxx is just killing us, if he/she can do it, so can YOU". and other things like this.

"A Loser will bring 1 person into a Casino".
    "A Winner will bring a 100".

Go to any Real Casino, and the walls are covered with what? Pictures of people holding up their empty wallet? Pictures of people at the atm machine? Pictures of people at the pawn shop? Is the Slogan, "No Body wins here, but maybe you can"? Noooooooooo. It is Covered with People Holding up all the Cash they Won. The Slogan is, "Player xxxxxxx Won $75,000, and so can you"

Casino's NEED Winners. If they Don't know that, or know how to take advantage of that, then they are just another operation/company being run by Idiot's.
"All I want, is to WIN my fair share, and maybe just a teeny bit more"

    WOW

Like casinomeister says at least they were honest - I think as long as you got your $ and winnings out. Shame on them. I am sure there are many micro casinos that would like your biz - or maybe this would be a cool time to check out others.

I am not sure that it is rouge worthy since a biz can deny any customer. As long as they did not take your $

I *wish* I could be locked out for winning too much of ANY casino's money. I'm sure I'm down at every single one I play at - I'm one of those loser players the casinos love.

if they paid you all you won- then it is OK. Usually the casinos try to convert unprofitable players to profitable ones by not paying them. And that is disgusting.

I think the casino is well within its rights to refuse any further play from you - whether or not that's a wise decision is another issue entirely.

As about as much right as any "all you can eat buffet" or any other public business refusing service. Then the actual circumstances may determine the severity of wiseness.

Quickly having read the thread, I believe the "OP" mentions and accepts the reason as he/she is not a profitable player but even if there may be more to this than the "OP" has revealed or perceived, casinos (BandM) have never told the truth pursuant to trespassing AP's and/or winners, still don't, and probably never will. And these are casinos now subject to the truth being exposed. Yet they , nor the "to serve and protect, nor the regulators respect the truth nor care at the end of the day. They just carry on but fortunately the Judges, no longer.

Does a casino have a right to refuse service for winning. Not legally in Atlantic City as the "trespass" law was challenged and defeated.

In Neveda, you can be trespassed (and abused illegally) for winning or the casino does not like your UCLA Bruin hat. Simple enough if the casinos did not fabricate false allegations (would they ever want the public to know, "Nevada hates you"), abuse patrons, and sometimes confiscate the patron's funds for simply winning all with the blessings or blind-eyes of the "to protect and serve" as well as the REGULATORS. It is a new day though for the Judges and Courts thanks to Bob Nersesian's past public legal challenges all of which with the exception of the RFID case, I believe, having been successful.

Interestingly, he has challenged the Nevada trespass law (for AP's et al or winning but not sure I could find a link if you get my drift but I would start at www.bj21.com or www.thebeargrowls.com) without success initially but not sure of the current status as I believe it was to be heard on appeal at the Nevada Supreme Court. The legal basis of the challenge is sound and I have posted.

Does the casino have the right to refuse a winner service. There are obviously different schools of thought but does it really matter (yes,it does) as the casinos disregard and do as they please?? The fallacy whether illegal or legal, right or wrong is the AP and some winner's never have been and never will be an economic threat to casinos. All is so unnecessary. Barona use to welcome them..............Mr. Casino Suit, "It's the economy, Stupid". Imagine that, a real shock I bet,lol !! Their game (npi) with AP's and winners will go on if they (some casinos) survive or those that do or some with a "different name and face".

Yes, the above relates to, effects and applies to onlines but for another day.
