I am sure this decision must have had something to do with the inability to advance the software and make appropriate changes, so yes definitely a viabilty decision I am assuming too. Correct me if I am wrong or have missed previous posts but wasnt Rushmore group opening a new casino Slots Ville or something like that and it was going to be wizard?

    Hello all,

Thank you for your posts and contributions.

As this has been a management decision, you can appreciate that we can’t go into detail out of respect of our current software provider, contractual obligations and company confidentiality.

With regard to the future of Wizard Gaming, I am sure their representatives will ease any concerns that you may have.

Though the software switch is undoubtedly the biggest change happening at All Star Slots, our players and affiliates will be informed of all of the unique benefits that this move will create in the next couple of weeks.

As has been mentioned, this hard decision will not be to the taste of everyone, but as the famous saying goes, “You can please some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of time”. And as such, we are disappointed that some of you will not be joining us in the future because of the move.

Though we will be functioning using the same suite of games that other RTG operators currently use, All Star Slots will continue to set itself apart, as we know that a successful online casino is defined by more than just the software it uses.

We understand that moving onto a software provider that already has established operators will be a challenge (and are under no illusions as to how big a challenge this will be) but we are confident that we can continue to grow our brand in the right direction as we have been in the last year of operation.

Thank you once again for your feedback and thoughts.

    Kind regards,
    Denny
    All Star Slots

to grow our brand in the right direction
What a bad decision in my opinion. This brand has been around for many years and the only thing that will make a new casino stand out will be fast pay.

Just as you have chosen to move over to RTG, so have many others to capture the USA market but it is starting to backfire due to the casinos inability to actually be efficient in the withdrawal processing. Only a handful have earned this distinction, many have fallen by the wayside after a great beginning.

I think if you guys would have just hung in there and had those few fixes done, your casino would have been one of the top few that players would play at since you already had great customer service and the quick withdrawal in place.

I am still amazed you would toss all that your casino has acomplished to join the hundreds of RTG's already in place. If you have kept informed, you would know many of us are looking for new homes other than RTG"s and many are closing their accounts with this platform due to lousy payouts/performance .

You will be nothing special to offer players , unlike now, where you have a great casino to offer.

I reckon this decision rates right up there with Operation Barbarossa.

I loved the Wizard games, I just hated the stupid bonus system so I seldom played.

Such a shame, like when all the Hype slots disappeared - something new and exciting but someone wasnt right on the ball when it came to management.

(FYI you can play the old Hype slots now (NO US ) at a couple of bingo sites..I dont post url's so if anyone wants them just PM me)

Well I never played at All Star but the only thing that could set you apart is fast payouts e.g 24 hours or less and zero limits on withdraws. E.g none of this "we will pay you in insallments over xxx weeks" no casino gets my bling ever with these terms. And those Casinos that do pay fast & in 1 go get me to open my wallet week in week out. Do the math But good luck with the move

Wanted to put out a post here in regards to the news that All Star Slots will be switching to a new provider.

Development and operations at Wizard Gaming will continue as planned.

We are in fact only days away from releasing our next version (5.0) which will have new slots, video poker, and European blackjack.

We hope to bring new licensees live in the near future.

For Wizard, this has always been a long term project.

All Star Slots is an independent operator of ours, and with that independence it does mean that in not all cases will our interests be the same as theirs.

We are thankful to them for the input they have given us over the last couple of years.

Even prior to their going live with us we were working extensively with their team to make what goes on behind the scenes with our software as functional and efficient as possible.

To this end we really couldn't have asked for better technical input from an operator.

I do want to thank the players that have commented here on the aspects of our software that they enjoy and for their desire to continue playing Wizard games.

We look forward to continuing to work with our players to ensure we deliver the highest quality slots and online gaming experience with our upcoming 5.0 and on in to the future.

Creating games players find to be unique and exciting means a lot to us, so we're glad to know players here are eager to have an operator to experience them on.

Thank you Wizard Gaming for taking the time to address everyone here. Kudos!

Ok so im going to be the odd apple out here. I never liked wizard gaming slots. Ok ok they have a few which are fun, the rest are lame. Most dont even have multipliers on their free spins which = boring. I personally thought the payouts were crap even with the bonus rounds and the free spins, and as KK has listed on his site himself, there are only a handfull of their slots you stand ANY chance of winning big on. Switching to Rtg, i dont know, there are an awful lot of them about now, so not sure i agree with the software their changing too, but one thing is clear, the logic remains the same. Allstar slots are obviously not happy with wizard and their obviously not happy with their turnover and player base with wizard, otherwise they wouldnt be changing. People dont change a successful formula. Since they are it stands to reason.... it isnt.
