Hello, i've received a 10$ n.d. from casinostates and i've met the WR to cash out and now i have 100$ (max. cashout). The support has told that i have to deposit 25$ in order to cash out the winnings of the n.d.

I've been searching for information about this casino and there's not many commentaries about them and they are not included in the rogue section.

Do you recommend me to deposit those 25$ to cash out my winnings?.
I have captured the conversation with the representative telling me i can do it.

It is a Topgame site so read the threads about top game then decide.
I have not heard of anyone not getting paid but cashouts can take a long time and you will no doubt need to send ID.

I'm sorry, but that's what T&Cs are for.
You would be very annoyed if they broke their T&Cs in a way which went in the casinos favour, so why do you think they would break the T&Cs in your favour?

Well no, I don't think you will be allowed to cash out anything because you clearly broke the rules.

But the only way to be 100% sure is ask the casino.
Preferably by e-mail, so if they say you CAN cash-out you have a record in writing. Or if you use the in-casino live chat - make sure you get a screen-shot of it.

KK is on the money here (as usual )

The casino could argue that any slot play AFTER you hit the RF were funded by those winnings - which were not allowed in the first place.

You could contact the casino, but if they knock it back then consider it a lesson learned and move on.

I will assume you are fairly new to this Confabulador.

Those T&C's are standard for many deposit bonuses as well so if you are someone who plays a lot of bonuses (or even if you are not) always read the T&C's before deciding whether to play.
They will all have different WR attached to them as well.
A visit to KK's sitewill enlighten you on some of the better bonus offers out there but be aware many Casinos track your deposit/withdrawal record and if they consider you are only interested in playing bonuses they will label you as a bonus abuser.

In this case as KK and nifty state the Casino would be perfectly entitled to deny your winnings.

It has been impossible to contact by e.mail with the support team. I've written to them twice and i have received no answer.
So, as far as i'm not sure, and they don't respond, i've decided not to deposit and i have spent the winnings.
Really it's a boring casino.

I never play with bonuses because i know the problems with them, but it was a N.D. and that's why i didn't see that concrete T&C.

I think they are not able to hide the sole thing they want you, to make a deposit.

I don't trust them.
