I have no idea if this meant the payout % was this way only during a promotion or all the time?
See who can guess........

I was asking to close my account (this is part of a full chat)
Ana: Kindly note that you still have a promotion running
Ana: And our payout is between 83-85%
on edit...I thought casinos were in the 90's???

Most casinos state their overall returns are somewhere in the 98% region, but this can be very misleading if you don't fully understand what that actually means...
e.g. A casino could have a slot which pays out 9,800 for every 10,000 wagered.
So the casino can quite honestly say the return for that slot is 98%.
But if you deposited 200 and played that slot for 10,000 in wagers you would lose your whole 200 - your return is still 98%, but your personal pay-back from the slot is 0%.
Maybe Ana meant the casino pays out to players 83-85% of all deposits paid in, which sounds much more reasonable, or maybe she just doesn't have a clue & made it up!
