    Heads Up - Casino Cubed

Read the terms of the $10 free offer carefully. It requires 20x WR requirement on the $10 and a max cash out of $100. Then they require a $25 deposit (makes sense for verification). BUT, then they require another 20x WR on the $25 before you can cash out the max of $100.

    I wasted $25

    Let me get this straight.

When you make the required deposit of $25 (bonus free) you still can not cash out your $100?
You then have a WR of $500 despite taking no bonus on your deposit?

So your max cashout of $100 on the ND bonus is non playable?

    Edit:

OK I have been to their site and these are the T&C's of the ND bonus offer.

    1. Bonus is valid through midnight on August 5th, 2009.
    2. The Trial Bonus is valid for NEW members who have NEVER made a deposit to their accounts.
    3. This offer cannot be combined with any other bonus offers.
    4. No deposit or credit card information will be required to receive the $10.00 free trial bonus.
    5. In order to cash out you need to wager both the bonus and the deposit amount 20 times on any of our Slots, Scratch Cards or Keno games.
    6. Wagers made on any other game will not count towards the wagering requirements. Winnings coming from games other than the ones allowed in this promotion will be removed prior to processing a withdrawal.
    7. A minimum deposit of $25.00 is required prior to processing any withdrawal request.
    8. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.00. Maximum withdrawal with the free $10.00 is $100.00. This means that if you won over $100.00, you will need to make a minimum deposit of $25.00 before you can take out $100.00. The remaining money won with the free trial bonus will be deducted.
    9. When you make a deposit after enjoying the trial bonus, we’ll remove any balance remaining in your account stemming from this offer.
    10. Any funds remaining in accounts stemming from this offer will be removed within 30 days after the bonus was received.
    11. Your registration must be accurately completed to be eligible to receive the $10.00 bonus. Accounts with invalid or incomplete information won’t qualify for the trial bonus.
    12. Only one bonus is allowed per account/household or environments where computers are shared.
    13. If you open more than one account without written authorization from casino management we’ll close all accounts and winnings will be voided.
    14. These terms are subject to change without notice, so we strongly suggest you to check the terms often.
    15. General Terms and Conditions also apply.

So there is absolutely no mention of any added WR being attached to the $25 deposit and your $100 should be removed from your account and processed for withdrawal.
Either they are rogue with a capital R or you have been badly misinformed by their CS or you have made a mistake.

    Here it is

This is what CS is pointing to for the added $500 WR:

    5. In order to cash out you need to wager both the bonus and the deposit amount 20 times on any of our Slots, Scratch Cards or Keno games.

But it is a no deposit bonus so therefore the deposit amount is 0X20=0 (deposit) + 10X20=200 (NDB)
You have already completed the WR.

The only time a deposit is mentioned is that it is required to process the withdrawal request.

What they are saying not only goes against the T&C's but means if true that even should you lose the $10 NDB then deposit $25 without taking a bonus you will have minimum $500 WR attached to you deposit!

If what you say is true they are full of shit.
    Thanks for the heads up.

That term ONLY applies to deposit match bonuses - the CS got it wrong.

This casino is in the "Pending Accreditation" section here at CM - time to make them prove they deserve to be there by refunding whatever balance you had before you made your $25 deposit + the $25 as well.

    See above.
I hope they're not trying to beat HippoJo's Pending Accredited to Rogue speed record!

    Guys:
I received an email from the manager today, AFTER I LOST ALL THE FUNDS. She said she would make an exception to the rules because she likes to please CM members. So it sounds like those are the rules. They definitely are unfair making a player wager 20x a cash deposit with no ties to any bonus other than to withdraw funds from a previous bonus. Anyhow, I replied to her that the money is gone because I was pissed at their unreasonable terms and played the money recklessly. I feel cheated!

Well that does not sound good.
Certainly the email was an empty gesture if you already lost the money before it was sent.
A bigger concern is that it is not in their T&C's and as I explained the logic of their argument, that it is, fails completely.

I think perhaps the Rep needs get over here and clarify some things before their reputation is tarnished even before they get off the ground.

Hiya: If they want to please us so damn much, then come on in and explain the rules for the bonus.
