Ignore the playthrough counter. I zeroed mine out and it said $100 in the withdrawable field. I deposited the $25, tried to cash. They reversed my withdraw and sent me an email explaining that I had not met the playthrough of the $25 as stated earlier. The counter was not in effect because the $25 had no strings other than their bogus rule.
If you deposit the 25.00 in order to cash out on the free chip and then are forced to wager it what happens if you win on your deposit? You are still only allowed to cash out 100.00? Someone has lost their mind.

The more I think about it, the more shitty I think it is. I realize it's only $125 in all, but it certainly doesn't make for good business practice. I'll leave it to you guys to determine. Here's how the whole thing went down...
I took the $10 free offer. The playthrough counter read $200 WR. I ran it up to $160 or so and met the WR. I played it down to $100 realizing the max withdrawable of the bonus was $100. I deposited $25 using my credit card because Quicktender was not an available method in the cashier. The cashier now indicated $125 was withdrawable. I processed a withdraw via cheque of $100. I left the $25 in the account. I received an email the next day stating I had not met the WR. I contacted live support and was told the same thing. I asked them to explain and that's when I was told I needed to wager $500 more to meet the WR on the $25 deposit ($25x20WR). I stated this was unreasonable and that I met the original WR. I said this was a cash deposit with no WR attached. I was told 3 times that I should have read the terms carefully. I responded that I did. The CS then sent section of the terms #5 where it indicates the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20x. I said I understand but don't think that's reasonable and I would inform my peers on CM. She said ok and the chat session ended. I then recklessly pissed away the $125 in my account and uninstalled the software. I got the following email AFTER my account was at zero balance. Too late!
Hi Michael,
My name is Laura Chacon and I’m the manager at CasinCubed.com.
Debbie has filled me in on your case and I would love to make an exception to our rules so that you can cash out the $100.00.
I wanted to explain that this specific rule was created to protect the site as if we don’t add the requirement to the deposit then many will come deposit and then withdrawal everything and you and I know how many members can come to take advantage of this… Of course I love and trust CasinoMeister members and I’m more than willing to make exceptions whenever I can as I know you’re not one of those trying to take advantage of us.
Please let me hear from you soon.
Regards,
Laura Chacon
This is ridculous. It is almost certain that there will be people who can cash out from the free chip. A deposit for verification of the player's identity is necessary but the WRs for the deposit is just forcing the player to give back some of the money he has already won. If the deposit was for verification and the WRs for the processing fees then it might be considered reasonable. In that case I believe a 2-4X WR on deposits would suffice.

Hi guys
CasinoCubed is in a SOFT LAUNCH mode--CM was kind enough to bring us on as Baptism by Fire, and so it lives up to its name.
We're taking onboard all your input and you'll see your influences in the new rules in the next couple of days. Our goal is to be as transparent and communicative as anyone, and live up to our tag line "The Fairest of Them All."
Because our goal IS to play fair with members who play fair with us. Only way to play it, we reckon. But still we do occasionally create overly onerous sounding rules to put off the scamsters so prevalent in the game. You, as known CM members, can always put a word in the wonderful Laura's ear (and there is NO casino manager more devoted to her customers guys, none) and we'll get you straightened out.
So watch this space, continue to blast ANY area where we need improvement--although the team is VERY experienced, it IS a new brand and we will have some wrinkles to iron out. Hang in there--and we'll show you how a real online casino is run for US players.

I received the response from the casino manager today. This is fair of her. I do recommend they change the rule of the WR on the $25. I would also recommend adding Quicktender option for US players.
Hi Mike,
So sorry you feel this way! I have worked in online casinos for a long time and I always protect the members when they have to be protected and I also protect the site when it has to be protected and in cases where free money is given I do my best to balance out everything.
I’m refunding your deposit back to your credit card and you let me know if you would like to continue playing in our site.
I strongly advise you to NEVER redeem a bonus without reading and agreeing to the rules. I put a lot of emphasis on this as the last thing I want is to see people mad, sad or frustrated...
I’ll let you know as soon as the refund has been completed. Once completed on processor’s end it will take around 10-15 business days to show up on your statement.
Warm regards,
Laura

Sorry but those T&C's absolutely do not state that the $25 deposit will have added WR attached. See my earlier post.
That does not put off the Hamsters (I couldn't find a definition for scamster) it just entraps players by offering something as a no deposit bonus that then requires a deposit! and not only that you then force an extra hidden and completely unfair WR on them.
You obviously have a different interpretation of what being transparent means to me and the rest of the forum.
Since it seems your CS was keen to enforce a T&C that does not even exist despite being informed otherwise namely an added WR of the verification deposit (20XWR bonus+deposit on a no deposit bonus of $10 is $200 end of - a little logic can go a long way) I would say these are some very deep wrinkles.
I can imagine players being even more thrilled after losing the $10 and depositing $25 without a bonus only to find that they have a $500 WR to complete (with restrictions) or are you only penalising winning players with this imaginary term plucked from Satan's bottom?
"Fairest of them all", you say - was that not the wicked Queen?
Things get even worse when eventually it seems you are prepared to make exceptions to this non existent T&C for our beloved community.
I guess if you don't have a voice, tough!
So that is the negative what about the positive?
Well obviously Bryan must of seen something in you to consider you for the accredited list and you in turn must of known how important your launch would be and it is hard to believe you would of deliberately come up with this ND turd as a scam. (not much of a positive but I am trying)
A more positive thing is that you are here on these boards and reading and hopefully taking the criticism in and using it constructively.
It is beyond me how an "experienced team" can screw something up, such as this ND promo, so absolutely but you are not the First and won't be the last.
Everyone deserves a Second chance.
You need to get these no deposit T&C's sorted Yesterday or scrap the promo completely.
Also having a $1000 a Week maximum withdrawal limit hurts you enormously.
I accept a new operation can have cash-flow issues and I would sooner this restriction and everyone gets paid rather than a higher limit and non payment - do not pass go - rogue pit.
An inauspicious beginning but let's see how you react.
EDIT:
Just read Mikey's post as he posted as I was writing.
So he got his deposit returned - good.
What I object to is the patronising way he is made to feel as if he can not read the T&C's or interpret them correctly.
The problem is the T&C's are bogus!
i am in the same situation, and have still niot made the deposit as i heard in chat what the rewuirements are,. i have 100 withdrawable now and contacted the casino and the rep several times!
so i hope you finally get in contact with me and also make kind of exception as first these rules would be crazy, i won 100 from the chip, and your operator milton already told me once i could cash out!
