Casino Cubed-payout processing questions answered by casino manager

Yesterday I tried Casino Cubed; recently accrediated (baptism by fire). They have a $10 non deposit offer on their web site. Although i eventually busted out, i played for a while and received several features on the three games i tried, T-Rex, Mystic Dragon and Texas Tycoon. I like video poker, and their video poker tables are pretty good. I sent an email to the casino manager and received the following response:

    Hi Pamela,

Good to hear from you dear.

Here are the answers to your questions:

    1. Do you process withdrawals 7 days a week?
A/ For the time being we’ll process payouts 3 times a week (Mon-Wed and Fri).

    2. What’s the typical time for a withdrawal to quicktender?
A/ Let me double check if we were set up with Quicktender already but since the option is manual at the moment it can only take a couple of minutes for us to make the request but then Quicktender can take a couple of hours to process or even 24 hours depending on the time we make the request but we do payouts during the mornings to avoid problems with processors.

    3. Are Deposit Bonuses cashable?
A/ The ones we offer right now are cashable although you always need to read the terms and conditions of the bonuses you want to use as each bonus code has its own rules.

    4. Do you have a max payout per week?
A/ Yes. Our weekly withdrawal is $1,000.00. Again since we are starting our weekly limit is low although we’ll increase very soon. I must add that our payouts are free of charge and the company we are using is the one we have used for the last 3 years in our Bingo Site, NewBingoBilly.com.

You rest assured you’re playing on a site that is owned and operated for people that care and that are 100% honest. We are transparent with the members and even when we know other casinos offer more, we offer only what we can afford. NO false promises.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

    Regards,

    Laura Chacon
    Casino Manager

Even though their weekly limit is low, i will give them a try this weekend,
    Pam

$1K? I thought it should go up with inflation! Why do so many casinos even have a withdrawal limit?

If they follow Luckyred (who always forget to pay the next installment), then its about 1K, every 2 weeks. which is real bad!

Well if you deposit again be careful because in another thread they state taking the $10 ND bonus gives you a 20XWR on your next deposit even if you don't take another bonus apparently!

Get some clarification before you deposit.

As for 1k a Week, that is pathetic. Sorry but it is.

I wonder what the deposit limit is for a week. Bet it is greater then $1,000.
I have no experience at this Casino, but I don't think a Casino should not become Casinomeister accredited if it has a withdrawal limit of any sort (let alone only $1,000).

    hi laura,

i played the 10free promo at the casino. i made the playthrough, which was also counted wrong but ou fixed it, and now i have a 100$ in my account wthdrawable which would be the max i can cash out from the bonus.

As your terms say you have to make this 25 deposit before you can take out the 100. but! your livechat told me now i should deposit 25 and wager it also another 20 times which would be more than double of the wagering of the freechip itself which i cleared. dont get me wrong even if the argument of your staff is this would be written in the terms, i never ever saw a freechip which such crazy terms if its true.

i would understand to wager the 25 deposit few times but you should let one cash out after the 200$ playthrough of the freechip is finished.
as yolur livechat says in the terms it says you have to wager bonus and deposit, this matches more a percentage match bonus where you have both deposit and the bonus from beginning to wager.

i hope you undertsand my situation and can lighten this up for me.

are there maybe also others who cashed out from the chip?

    cheers

    Formerly of SHARK CASINO?

Well I deposited via Mastercard about 9 hours ago, and it said it was PRE_AUTHORIZED (it came off my card but isnt in my casino account). I sent an email 10 hours ago and havent heard a thing, which isnt really good enough when it involves a deposit issue. Live chat is dead chat, and there is no phone support.

If you have to deposit $25 to claim the free chip winnings (obviously for 'verification purposes') then you should NOT have to wager it AS LONG as you dont use another coupon. I hope the casino clears this one up ASAP.

Not impressed so far I'm afraid.

exactly! their livechat once claimed you can cashout just the 100, then again no you have to wager 20 times. this would be the most ridiculess bonus i ever saw. i also wrote the rep a pm, no answer since 2 days.

their chat just copay/pastes the terms of the freechip ehere it says you have to wager deposit + bonus which is crap as you just have the 10free bonus from beginning.

imho these terms are also copy/paste from a match bonus and should really be reviewed!

i hope they aint serious with this kind of terms.. the freechip rules in most rogue casinos would be better

    cheers

    Hey guys

As usual, appreciate the input; see the "we're new, watch this space" message at the end of this CM thread. Smae applies here.. we're straightening it out.

Nifty, PM'ed you--not seeing ANY deposits in the past 12 hours from anyone in Oz, so definitely get me your account info asap to chase.

CS does have off-hours since we just started; that'll be sorted soon as well.

    Thanks

    Billy
