I am not sure if this is where I should post this, but it said any questions can be posted here. Just looking for some info regarding this casino. Awhile back I have read your forum and someone posted that slotoasis was good at processing their withdrawal quickly. Now, I have a withdrawal with them since 7/6 and their approval time is 24-48 hours but I have yet to get a response. I have emailed withdrawal dept. 2x and chatted with live chat, all I get is an apolligy (not a good speller, LOL ) but no answer to why it's taking so long, they do have all my documents up to date, so there is no problem with that. Is it because I am in the U.S.?? I'm not sure. Now, I'm not talking about the receiving time of the withdrawal just to clarify that, just the approval time. Which I do expect would take 6-10 days to process after the approval has gone through. smiley

Actually, this section is for questions directed at me or the site :D

No problem though - I'll move it to the Online Casino section where you'll lget more feedback for players, and of course the casino rep. I'm guessing it's a problem with the processor in the States. But I'm just guessing.

As for spelling - if you download the Google toolbar - it has a spell check function that is used when filling out forms - or when making posts. It's a great thing to have - and it's free.

Smiley, are you saying that Slots Oasis has not even "Approved" your withdrawal ??

And obviously if they have not approved your withdrawal then they have definitely not "Processed" it...correct ??

thank you casinomeister

yes, you are correct, they say it's a processing problem and all withdrawals are delayed.

THANK YOU, LOUISE!!

You worked your magic and now I have my approval for my withdrawal, that was quick and totally awesome!! You rank high in my book. smiley

While I appreciate Louise`s sterling efforts, the delay was quite lengthy and the customer should not have had to jump through hoops in order to get his payment released. If it was as easy to solve as that Lousie why hadent your payments department already done it? In a case such as this, it works out, because on a site like casinomeister which has good quality reps on board, the chances of coming to an agreement on a problem is good. I ask the question however, had Smiley not been a member of this forum, would he STILL be waiting for this withdrawal? I would tend to believe yes.

hi Louise, You are the BEST!!

Not only did you get the casino to approve my withdrawal but also the withdrawal was deposited into my quick tender account. Just like that!! You are simply wonderful and THANK YOU again!! Very satisfied customer. smiley

You know I was thinking the same thing. How come the player had to come to Casinomeister in order to get this resolved? If Louise could take care of the issue as fast as she did then why couldn't it be done without the player having to post here?
I had a withdrawl pending with this casino myself about a month ago and and it sat in my withdrawl box well beyond the 48 hour period. So seeing that another player had the same problem month later is not very comforting. Kudos to Louise for responding so fast thought so that makes Slot Oasis still a great casino in my book:thumbsup:

Anyway

Most welcome Smiley... Apologies again for the delay. :)

Kind regards,

Louise

Louise, I'm sure most if not all here sincerely appreciate your fast response time here and also your forum participation as a Rep. But in the same respect I think most of us, me for one especially being an affiliate, would really appreciate a little more thorough answer as to why and how in the world it takes 10 days to process a payment to Quicktender??

Others are processing them within hours to Quicktender and it also does not appear by what has been said here that the OP was flagged or anything like that. Could you please elaborate on this issue a little further so as maybe to set all of our concerns at ease. Thanks..:)

Rob's concern is shared among many of us. Without divulging any personal details, we would like to know more on why it takes so long for a simple withdrawal. Furthermore, are there any delays (I mean taking 3 days or more) for withdrawals by other means eg Moneybookers or Neteller?

*BUMP* Thanks Louise, I figured you were just busy and have not had a chance to address this yet but there are also other new threads now with similar issues. :) https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/very-delayed-cashout-rushmore.32463/

In the other thread there is an outstanding payment to neteller that is overdue for a week. I can understand the hassle for USA players being paid by check but for UK players using neteller as payment options I simply cannot understand the delay. Withdrawals at RTG casinos cannot be flushed so players are tempted to lose 'em all back. Not looking too good, I am afraid.

Yep this group gave me the exact same bull they are churning out now - processor problems - delays etc out of our hands ETC .. I did finally get my 4k plus withdraw 3 weeks late but only after tons of emails and some politly worded messages that I was gonna do a PAB. Oh and my "docs" were in the same day I played n won. I never deposited to them again because of this failure and happy to say from me at least they have lost 1000s in possible deposits from yours truly alone. Its bad news for them and for players using this trick to stall and delay in the hope a winner plays it all back.

I've having trouble with a withdrawal here too. Waiting 12 days so far for a Neteller withdrawal, i'm a UK player.

Well if you have all your docs sent in and have played according to the terms and their is no other reason for the delay on your part then this kind of behavior in my opinion is totally unacceptable! and should be seen as border line rouge behavior!!!
