I don't think some people are getting the point. Yes you can autoplay. Yes you can set it for 10 coins. But maybe some people don't autoplay and maybe some people don't like accidently betting 2.50 or 3.00 on one spin when they only have 10 or 20 dollars in their accounts. The point is, it's not necessary.

It's finding a way around something on a regular basis that can be easily fixed.

You can change your max bet to 1 in the registry but it's temporary. The minute you go back to tournaments and change it - it reverts back to the original numbers.

Maybe some people like it. That's fine. I'm not saying take it away. I'm saying that a very large portion of the players would prefer another option. A safer option. Max bet = 1 unless you change it.

    Simple. Effective. Safe.

I've hit the max bet button by mistake (more than once) at 3Dice, and never has it turned out well for me. I've also did it at Microgaming (once) and more than once in land-based casinos. There was a particular slot that was particularly bad, since max bet bet 45 quarters. Twice it burnt me, and once kindly hit the bonus feature for over $1K!

I recall one of the regular players at 3Dice, and a regular contributer here at CM hitting a $9 spin on a tourney win accidentally and hitting a very nice bonus round.

When I was grumbling (crying actually) about having hit max bet by mistake when I was on autoplay and having spun about 3 times before realizing and stopping it, another 3Dice player informed me they move their chat box over the max button to avoid hitting it accidently.

It is particularly bad on Medivial Moolah, where the Spin and MaxBet buttons are very close together, one on top of the other. Mind you, that is not a game I've did it on, since I know to be careful with that one!
