Well that depends -

progressive wins are not limited unless if the player's payment method has transaction limits which force us to split it.
New players have a limit of 5000 at the time - We try to be flexible, depends on player's loyalty points,wagering, time playing with us, etc
Players who are members of the VIP Club are a different story, they have much higher withdrawal limits.
In cases of big wins we are very flexible and there wasn't a winner of a big amount who wasn't fully satisfied with the payment settlement we offered him.

Hi Floyd thanks for the reply. Just wondering though all the other MGS I play at have no withdraw limits I checked your Terms and it states for new players its 5000 per month max withdraw. Just never seen a MG casino with any kind of with draw limits regardless if your a new player or not.

Well at least Casino Rewards limits the withdrawals for new players. Dont know what they hold as a new player. But then again its Casino Rewards, the worst MG group IMO.

I am sorry I may have missed this but what terms did they change and were they imposed on you retroactively.

It's been a long time ago. I'll try to keep it on point with the things that stood out in my experience.

I decided to try them out with several hundred euros, high three figure sum, a bit after everyone else (and, judging by the forum traffic here, their dog ) did. I had a chat, and picked up their welcome offer. I did a quick calculation on the wagering, it was - for non slots - around 65k IIRC at that time. That just about matches my stakes when I try to relax.

So I start playing, and days later, after a lot of playing, like 50k or so, I notice that my screen shows that I cleared out only 120 or 130 eur worth of bonus (out of 600), with 470 remaining to clear. The terms have changed in the meantime. And the new rollovers (percentages) for most non slots games blew up my remaining rollover (only the remaining part!) to something over 220k I was at that point, according to live chat, 13k away from completing them according to the terms that were active during registration. And new contributions - not the old ones - were being applied to my account.

I never bothered with complaining much about it, though. That's when I asked around here, which slots would people recommend for me to complete it (and gotten a couple of recommendations, and had absolutely horrible luck while trying them out!). I also asked them on the chat, can I just forfeit the 470 eur remaining bonus and withdraw, however it was not possible.

That's the gist of the story, and that's when I figured, well, I'd like out, it was no longer playing as much as clearing, and in the meantime (it was all a long time ago now) I eventually cleared almost all of it.

I think that these matters should be addressed to me by PM, Please send me your account number and I will see what is the case - its not the fairest thing to say when I cannot know the exact details

Also it is not true that we changed the terms - we updated the games contribution percentage (and gave players who deposited before the change enough time to finish their play by the old contribution) which is totally normal for a new casino and we did that last year, over 6 month ago - another thing is that you can play almost any game - BJ, Roulette, keno, All slots and most table games.

I was confused about what to do at first, then I've simply adapted to the new rules since I did notice at the time that GoWild just needed some time to stand on its feet.
