    New MG casinos?

Hey everyone? How's everyone doing? Been away for a bit..hope all is good at Meister land? Just wondering....I have received some new promos in the mail for some MG casinos, and I am cautious. When I have had a chance to play, I have had the absolute worst luck possible at my usual casinos. So, I am looking to try something new. I got a disc from 'Quatro?' 'I think the name is? and a few others that I would have to dig up to give the names for. But, I want to make sure that their kosher? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. thx all

Quatro belongs to Playshare. A somewhat botched launch, and mention of "poison chalice" terms and conditions. The other Playshare brands were having a spell of substandard service levels, and this did not give me any confidence at the time that they could effectively handle a third casino, and as it turned out, they struggled.

Time has passed, and I have not seen a raft of Quatro complaint threads, and Grand Mondial have made some improvements to the quality of service.

I have one doubt though, I am sure Playshare have a policy of only one welcome bonus over the entire group, yet none of this is made clear in the terms for Quatro, so I am not sure whether players who claimed bonuses at either Grand Mondial or Casinoshare are eligible for the welcome offers at Quatro.

Some of these new microgaming casinos may be "white label" operations, and others may be from less than upstanding operators. The days of being able to trust a casino simply because it was Microgaming are over.

One other recent newcomer is GoWild, again a botched launch, but they have managed to overcome these problems, and are probably going to be OK. I have played at Go Wild, albeit after the issues subsided, and have not had any problems, indeed, their payments are fast - I have recorded as little as 27 MINUTES between withdrawing and seeing the money in my Neteller account. They are slower at night though. These payment speeds are on a par with Club World and iNetbet.

On the other hand, it seems Eurolynx has popped up with an MGS casino called Lynx, and this has been the subject of slow payment complaints. I have also been told Interwetten is now MGS, but they had an issue that dragged on for months, and it was all hinged on SUBJECTIVE interpretation of "spirit" bonus clauses, rather than an actual breach of laid down terms and conditions.

thx so much VWM. It's getting pretty bad when you are scared to make a deposit anymore. And when you lose it within mins. it's just sad. I downloaded 'Royal Joker' and even tried to make a deposit but it wouldn't take it, just kept going through the 'processing request' stage, so I shut out. I don't know, I used to be able to deposit 20-30 and play for quite a while, now it just goes, and not even a bonus round. I did play the new game 'Center court' and did good with the first bonus, but kept playing and it took it all back. I played one of my regular casinos last night, and no exagerration..'I timed it' my play was exactly 4 mins on a $30 deposit. That is typical for me lately. Maybe I should try a different casino group. It would be nice to win once in a while. Last win was at W Jack and they paid quick, but that was it. I checked one of my reg casinos for the amount of deposits I have made versus withdrawals, and my deposits outweigh my withdrawals by a big percentage, so much it made me step back and say what's the sense? I mean, it's called gambling for a reason, but you should be able to play for a while, otherwise your throwing your money right out the window. I would say, out of the last 10 times I have deposited, maybe twice I played for more then 10 mins. sad but true.

Hi Vinyl I am pleased to see something good here about Gowild I have a withdralw pending and was told it has to sit there 24 hours b4 they will even send me the fax back paperwork??? I am hoping this is only a new player thingy and all will fasten up as soon as the 24 hours is over, there customer service however very polite is quite substandard as they just keep seeming to say contact another dept, however as they do not have telephone support ....still waiting for emails to be answered.

Hoping this is not some sort of delay tactic..
    thanks puppy

Royal Joker is related to or owned by Intertops I think...? Another 'fairly' new MG casino is Casino Action - I think they're part of the Casino Rewards group - you'll probably get a free play CD in the mail from them sometime soon if you haven't already.

My views on this casino have changed dramatically. When I requested my first withdrawal it took weeks to get my money even after I submitted all the paperwork and it did seem they were trying to stall payments by giving you every excuse in the book. However, after some time and reading through VWM and Wibig's posts, I decided to give them a second chance and the experience was good. Money was in my account even faster than the 27 mins mentioned by VWM and their customer support was very good though not necessarily vey professional.

Once the first withdrawal is finalised you should be able to expect further withdrawals handled in a more timely manner.

To get the fast payouts, you have to join the fastcash program. This requires a month's membership (or some large action), and them receiving and approving your documents. You need to use an ewallet in order to benefit.

There is no reason to stall over the faxback form though, you are not asking for them to PAY faster, just get the form so that it is ready and waiting for them once the withdrawal has been released. This DOES rather look like a tactic to add an extra 24 hours to the process, but enabling them to still claim it is 24 hours, which it normally is after the first one.

Nedplay is another newish mgs casino with a techno feel to it, payment are a bit slow at the moment but I believe they are ironing out a few issues to get up to speed.

Oh..is that why I got a email stating they wanted my 'personal info' I didn't like that, didn't sit comfortably with me, and I sent an email stating so. I wasn't even sure it was a legit email. I found it very strange that a casino would email me and ask me for such documents when I hadn't even done a cash out there. I have played at Go Wild too. And yes, very polite and their emails are refreshing. I probably wasn't the only one that got a email with the subject 'did we do something wrong?' asking if there was a reason why I hadn't played again lately. My reply was that I just didn't have the luck there that I had anticipated and I was told that all MG's are basically the same for payouts. I am not quite sure I understand that. Is that what you were referring too? About the email for the docs?
    thx

I have to say that 27 mins, or less then, is impressive! That is a big dif from the old thread where people were still waiting for their payments.
Is it just me..or does anyone else notice that after the big progressive payouts 'mega moolah 5 mil..etc' that the payouts are really low? Probably just me, as my payouts are seemingly very low compared to the majority of us gamblers. thx for the reply..
