I just saw and participated in a poll which asked the exact same question (pardon my poor attention ).
I am puzzled that enjoyable games and entertainment value does not even count as an option (which is important for me).

How do you then, choose which new games will be right for you to play?

Easy for me....

1) Top notch customer service with email replies in under an hour....ALWAYS!! Live chat and phone are okay, but I prefer email, as I like to keep records of everything. And I want the email reply to be relevant to my query, not some cut and paste job off the website...or a canned response.

2) Payouts in 24 hours or less, seven days a week.

3) A decent monthly bonus (or bonuses) that will extend my playtime, with reasonable WR (preferably not more than 15-20X D+B).

Do all that and don't treat me like a number, but like a human being, and I'm happy as a pig in shit.

That's because, when you add them all up, there are only a little more than a handful of softwares.... MG, RTG, Playtech, Rival, 3Dice... and a couple others I can't think of right now .... So as far as games/software there aren't that many choices. After that, it comes down to bonuses, customer service, speed of withdrawal, etc. at any particular casino.

previously when i actually gambled i would of said

easy withdraws (paid asap without the hassle of sending document after document)
good fair payout percentage (where i would just lose the entire deposit straight off)
the fun factor it provides (related to above, even if i lose overall i like to be able to play for a few hours with 1 deposit)


but at any casino i played at in the last year at least 1 of thoese things i look out for have not been provided (mainly the fun factor, like losing £20+ deposit straight off without a win in about 2 mins isnt fun)
