    Stay away from this place. Horrible customer service, plus it looks as if I won't get a $100 bet back from a software error.

    In regards to your utility bill, seeing that you do no receive them anymore please provide a hard copy bank statement which also works as a utility bill.

    I gave them a copy of the front page of my bank statement only with the account and balance and transactions blanked out and just my name and address showing. That is a little to close for comfort in my book when someone is asking for something so easily accessed...

    I did, I downloaded it from online into the paint program and I adjusted all pertinent info then saved it and sent it to the casino requesting it (not this one). They apporoved it ok.

    50 states casino send me a nd bonus of 100$...

    nice to hear but as it has to be wagered on slots and the topgame slots suck real bad imho..

    just boring no good graphics, sound, gameplay.... no compare to rtg, microgaming or playtech imho..

    but all these topgame casinos offfer quite nice bonus with 12 wagering only..

    how do they pay in general, any experince with any topagame?

    I emailed you the hand in question.

    Again here is the situation:

    I bet $50 twice in a multi hand blackjack game, making the total $100.

    In hand 1, I was dealt 19. In hand 2, I was dealt 11. The dealer had an 8. I wanted to gamble and double down on the 11. I thought I could do it for less, but since I was playing slots, I didn't have $50 in my account. It told me that, so I clicked close.

    After I clicked close, the whole game shutdown. I went back to blackjack, and it didn't even let me continue that game. It's as if the whole game disappeared. It's in my history though, and I took a screenshot and sent you it.

    As for the rep, I just thought it could be handled better. First he said I had no bonus, when I wanted it to be taken off. Twenty minutes later, he finally "sees" it and tells me he has to ask if it can be taken off.

    Then, when this happens, it takes like 20 minutes for him to even help me. As I'm waiting, his final answer is that my hand in question will be sent to the right department. That's it. I am not told when I will find out the result, or what. That's the end of it.
