That's just the processor they use, kinda the same way that a lot of the Rival casinos use Pantasia's processor even though it is also a Rival Casino.

That's a simple fix then, just get your cashout or money back and don't deposit or play there anymore. I've always found that approach worked best for me when it appears that I am getting dicked around.

I pay all my bills online I do not get a paper statement anymore havent in over a year they encourage every 1 to go green so now what stall tactic are we gonna use?

Well if that is the case then I would definitely say that they are dicking you around then. It really seems some of these casinos are still living in the 20th century here. I'm like you, I haven't received a paper bill in about 4 or 5 years now.
