    Casino Attraction Factor

    Hey Everyone,

Always wondered what really makes each individual player enjoy the Casino experience. Most of the members here seem to really know their stuff when it comes to the Online Casino realm, so I thought this would be the ideal place to get some insightful opinions. So instead of pretending like we know the answer to everything, I'd like to know everyone's opinion.

So here it is, what's the top 5 reasons why you like certain casinos? I know there is no one formula that appeals to the masses, but we're always trying to get as many variables right as we can. So what is it? What part of the entertainment value really sets one place apart from another? Is it the graphics? bonuses? odds? sheer entertainment value? payout? customer service? Hot chics in small clothes (or men in fig leaves for the ladies If one place had it all, there wouldn't be an industry, it'd just be a one stop shop

So lay it out there. Also point out your biggest reason why you would depart from a casino. What is your biggest no-no? Delayed Withdrawal? Hair in your food? Harsh language?

I'm ready for some massively interesting comments

Regulars here can probably predict my answers!

So here it is, what's the top 5 reasons why you like certain casinos?
    1) Sensible bonuses; i.e. Ones where the WR terms give you a 50/50 chance of completing the WR and still having your deposit +/- 25% left at the end, based on the HA of each allowed game. Preferably not post wager and definitely not phantom.

    2) Good repeat (sensible!) bonuses or promotions; Can be monthly, big & generous (like 32Red), monthly small but with reasonable terms (like Grand Virtual casinos), weekly or daily & extremely generous (like Ladbrokes).

    3) Entertainment value. As I mostly only play slots, I have to enjoy most of the ones I'm playing.

    4) Good customer service - preferably with live chat to someone who actually knows what they're talking about...

    5) Fully detailed play logs available for the player to view via the software rather than having to ask someone for them.

Also point out your biggest reason why you would depart from a casino.
Lack of sensible bonuses (surprise, surprise!). Why would I deposit at a Rival or RTG casino for example, for a bonus with a ridiculous WR of Bx60+ on slots and that's phantom when there are dozens of other casinos with cashable bonuses with WR only Bx30 or less?

My guess is BuzzLuck would have chosen MG software if it weren't for the USA situation - I sincerely hope they continue to act like an MG

    Smile, it may never happen...

I do wish they would reconsider that decision though, I can only imagine how much money that one is costing them right now..

Not sure that was a good business move at all there considering that the US is actually getting a lot closer to online regulation now.

    1) An online casino with a lot of variety of games, specially SLOTS.
    2) Bonuses ( Welcome bonus, reload bonus, weekly bonus )
    3) Customer Service - i dont care as long as they dont close my account
    4) Payouts within 48 hours MAXIMUM
    5) Cashback Bonuses when you really had a bad day
    6) To have a name in the industry e.g Ladbrokes , Betfair

    That's all

1 Software- there has to be a wide selection of enjoyable of games.
    (innovation and gameplay before graphics)

2 Fairness of software (the games need to play as one would expect-always)

3 Fast payouts and lots of withdrawal options

    4 Responsive and informed CS

    5 Properly regulated

Buzz do most things well and better than their competitors.
Including talking to the forum and getting feedback.
A pity other Reps also reap the benefit of your work while being conspicuous by their absence.
    Good luck.

    1. Timely payouts...24 hours or less.
    2. A variety of slots not just different graphics. I'm a slot player and have
never played anything else for real money. I
tried that fruitie thing once and left it in the dust
    3. Live chat and knowledgeable customer service reps.
    4. Big wins
    5. Bonuses..doesn't matter. I rarely use them bc of the wr and endless
    terms.

    I'd drop a long time casino in a flash if they;

    1. Didn't respond to emails or didn't or couldn't answer questions in live chat.
    2. Losing more than 3 deposits in a row or 6 in a month. Depends on how I
play. I usually give a new casino one month..win or lose and from there I set my opinion.
    3. Holding my withdrawal for 48 hours then telling me I need fax back forms; then putting withdrawal back into account to sit for another 48 hours and requesting more documents. I played the small withdrawal back, uninstalled the casino and closed the account.
    4. Calling me at home to tell me I had a free chip in my account or about bonuses. I wouldn't have given out my home phone if I knew I'd be getting 3 phone calls a week from them.
    5. Dud after dud of free spins. There's no enjoyment in getting free spins if you never profit from them.
    Waiting on something interesting
