Wagering requirements??

Hi,

im totally new to the online casinos, but i thought i would try my luck.
I have been playin Roulette on 32vegas.com.
For my first deposit i deposited £130, and the casino gave me a bonus of 25%.
I played and played and got my cash up to over a grand, i tried to withdraw £400 but the casino said i hadnt met the wagering requirements yet, ive been looking online to see what i have to do and try and understand wagering, but im still really confused, it says i have to wager 18 times more than my bonus.
I read the T&C's over and over, but i think im geting more and more confused

it says something about only being able to lift £200 on your first withdrawal, and on your second deposit it gives you 50% of your deposit, but if im understanding this all correctly i have to wager (bet?) around £3000 before i can make a withdrawal?

Deposit + bonus x 18

130 + 32.50 x 18 = 2925

It also says something about playing roulette dosent count as your wagering requirments?
Could someone please help me, the link below is a link for the T&Cs for the casino i am using!

http://www.32vegas.com/uk/promotions...onditions.html

Hope someone can help, and thanks very much!

Is this the 25% first deposit promotionas I see different terms for that.

Quote:
"In the interest of fair gaming you must wager at least 35 times your bonus and deposit before making any cash outs for £. "
Quote:
"Please note that only bets placed on all sorts of Slots games (not include Progressive Slots) do fulfill the player's obligations with regard to the minimum wagering requirements."
So roulette would not count.

Edit:

Just noticed this little thing further down their terms

Quote:
Please note that regardless of the wagering requirements mentioned above, the following players (defined as: exceptional groups) have to fulfill the following wagering requirements:

* players depositing with £ and are not from the United Kingdom, must wager at least 50 times their deposit and bonus amount before making any cash out.
So yeah very confusing, but see you are from Northern Ireland so should only go by the rule of 35 times. So means wagering is (130 + 32.5) * 35 = 5687.50 and this would only to be played on the normal slots, no other games count towards wagering. Says nothing about not allowed to be played on roulette, just wagering does not count.

Correct me of I'm wrong of course.

Primo, your play on Roulette does NOT count towards your wagering requirements.

If you are ahead, you may find your winnings from Roulette voided, even if you carry on and complete the wagering on slots, a common scenario, but not one I could find in their terms and conditions.

I'd contact support via email, or the rep here http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/saskia.html to see what can be done for you in order to complete the bonus in requirements without the possibility of having your play voided.

Also, in case you did not notice, in the general Terms and Conditions, this is another William Hill operated casino with a maximum monthly withdrawal limit, even on the progressives, like Joyland and the case of SylviaP. http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ssive-win.html

Quote:
7.10 When using the Website, there us a maximum amount that can be withdrawn in one time of $9,000 (or the corresponding amount in the currency of payment) per month, including relating to progressive jackpots. For the avoidance of doubt, all withdrawals are subject to the provisions of paragraph 5.2 regarding the carrying out by us of Checks.
Good luck to you. I'm confused too.

You may be able to have your winnings voided and your original deposit returned. If you don't like slots, you might suggest that to them, or have your initial deposit reset WITHOUT a bonus and have another go at Roulette.

This is why you should always read & understand bonus terms before you deposit.
I'm sorry you've learned this vital lesson the hard way.

BTW; On top of the high wagering this bonus is also Phantom, which means they take the bonus back when you cash out. So yes, you might as well have shoved your cash down the drain.

I was approached recently by this group to promote their casinos, but when I read their T&C's I was horrified; they have possibly the worse bonuses I have even seen anywhere on the net - and I've seen a LOT!
They all have very high WR (up to bonus x125), are for slots only, and are phantom.
I estimate the chances of a player meeting WR & cashing out more than his deposit to be approximately 0.00382%
So I flatly refused to put them on my site (except Will Hills whose bonus is actually quite good).

Finally, there are very few online casinos where roulette counts at any sort of sensible % in wagering, the only decent ones I list on my site are 32Red where it counts at 100% with WR Bx30 (monthly bonus only - not SUB), 10Bet 100% & Bx100, and 3Dice where it's 50% & Bx60, so effectively bonus x120.
The best thing to do if you want to play Roulette is don't take any bonuses.

Good luck!
KK
