The 10-play JoB jackpot was quite high, so I decided to give it a play. My balance was about $2650 before I started playing. It's a 25 cent 7/5 game, $12.50 stake per hand, so you really need a big bankroll to play it seriously. I lost money quite quickly, not sure how many hands I played, but I wasn't playing long, I'm guessing <100 hands. Was going to stop when my balance went below $2400, then I decided $2300. End up at at $2297.
Gave up, with the jackpot at >$27,000, I knew you'd have to realistically put tens of thousands of dollars through to have a good chance of winning.
For some reason, a few minutes later decided to go back for another go. Got back over $2300, decided to keep going till I fell below it.
My balance was down to $2300.18 and I had what was probably going to be my last bet.
Got KQTc. I knew that my chance of winning was slim - 1 in 1081 on any given hand, so I didn't think too much of it. (This by the way, was my first three to a royal - and I didn't have any fours). To win the progressive you have to get the royal on line 1. Line 2-9 only pay a stinking $1000.

Hmm, royal. And on the progressive line. But why have I only won $1003.75?
I wonder if perhaps the software has reordered the wins to put the RF line at the bottom. But the progressive has gone. Did somebody else win seconds before me? The progressive was definitely over $27,000.
Heart pounding I contact casino support. 'I think I just won the progressive, but my balance only shows as $3303.93'. 'It's showing as $29,680.95 here' she said, 'Log out, login and check'. So I logged out, and sure enough:
