It could end up being a COSTLY mistake.

Quite a few players have decided to uninstall the casino after finding they had a locked account without any sign of an explanation.

Remember, players can be PARANOID, and nothing feeds this more than having an account LOCKED, which is usually a prelude to a confiscation of winnings attempt because the player has been deemed "bonus abuser" or even "fraud".

Now, the internet is becoming populated with posts about players having their accounts locked at Grande Vegas, making it look like a mass locking. This will scare off PROSPECTIVE players, who will be frightened that they too will have their account locked.

Players still able to deposit and play are being put off by the lack of visible withdrawal methods.

It would have been better to ensure players were kept informed by email as to WHY their account was locked, and to use correct English - pre-authorised has a specific meaning when applied to bank card transactions, and does NOT mean "DECLINED".

Yep, totally agree with you here Vinyl, and I also wish that Melanie would be so kind as to come back in here and address my last two questions.

My main concern is the lack of withdrawal methods. I am willing to accept that the mass lockings were due to a glitch in their processes, and was not intentional.

The withdrawal methods though, there's really no reason for this..? I thought when you get a payment processor, you get both deposit and withdrawals at the same time (except for credit cards as they deny cashouts to credit cards, well, most of them do). GrandeVegas what's the deal with the withdrawal options..? (Emails to banking@grandevegascasino.com were bouncing for me.. )

Like I said a couple of posts back, this is the first casino that I have ever seen that offers "UseMyWallet" as a deposit method but not as a withdrawal option...

My advice would be not to deposit and play at this casino until they have their withdrawal options up and running. Otherwise, it's even worse than reversed withdrawals as your balance is just sitting there waiting to be played. For the record, since I couldnt withdraw, I played my balance to $0 as there were no indications that the withdrawal options will be ready anytime soon. My bad but still......

    GrandeVegas

They informed me this evening that usemywallet would be ready in 24 hours as I have a good size cashout waiting...so I hope that this is true and I have no intentions of playing it back...
    Waiting on something interesting

    withdrawal options and players banned

    To everyone concerned,

The following withdraw options are now available on the casino: click2pay, useMywallet and eco card as well as bank wire. With regards to the locking of players as a new casino we started out with strict security measures, we have dealt with that issue.

I can confirm the withdrawal options are now there.. However they appear to be having an issue with the faxback form approval process - eg approvals aren't registered in the software, so that it won't let you cashout even if your forms are approved. I've emailed support and hopefully they are already working on it.

Hello all! Just a quick update. I have still not received payment, but Melanie has been great in communicating. I should get it tomorrow by Use My Wallet (QuickTender) hopefully. Now here is the annoying part for me- No player flushes with this casino and they do not allow you to make deposits while a withdraw is pending unless you reverse the withdraw? And of course they keep the withdraw reversable for days tempting you to reverse it. I am a firm believer in player initiated no reverses or "flushes". By not allowing you to deposit they are playing you against your withdraw in hopes you fold IMO!!

The good parts are the games seem really fair and seem to hit well compared to some other RTG sites I play at and Melanie is super nice and responsive!

Good Luck to everyone and I will let you know when I get paid!!
