It could end up being a COSTLY mistake.
Quite a few players have decided to uninstall the casino after finding they had a locked account without any sign of an explanation.
Remember, players can be PARANOID, and nothing feeds this more than having an account LOCKED, which is usually a prelude to a confiscation of winnings attempt because the player has been deemed "bonus abuser" or even "fraud".
Now, the internet is becoming populated with posts about players having their accounts locked at Grande Vegas, making it look like a mass locking. This will scare off PROSPECTIVE players, who will be frightened that they too will have their account locked.
Players still able to deposit and play are being put off by the lack of visible withdrawal methods.
It would have been better to ensure players were kept informed by email as to WHY their account was locked, and to use correct English - pre-authorised has a specific meaning when applied to bank card transactions, and does NOT mean "DECLINED".
