Got the $7,400 in my new quicktender account!
Hi Everyone,
Just giving all the players a heads up that the casino will be down for an hour or so 4pm (GMT +2 time). RTG are doing an upgrade on Grande Vegas as 4new games and features will be added.
Apologies if it is an inconvenience.
Also...
We have been updated by our processor that we are unable to send wire transfers to the US![]()
We do apologise as we were only informed this week and we will have to remove it as a withdrawal method for US bank accounts.

Just received a mailing from these guys. Does anyone have any updates on the casino? Are all of the issues worked out?
I received a $25 bonus and cd in the mail the other day from them. I did play the $25, met the very low wagering requirement and have $229 for cashout, the $25 will obviously go back to the casino and the limit for cashout is $200 which happily I made. I sent my docs while on live chat plus kept a copy of the chat, to verify they were received and will make a withdrawl as soon as docs are on file. Being in the US, the only withdrawal option is to a wallet. I will update this as soon as the withdrawal has been processed.

Just wanted to give an update on my experience so far with Grande Vegas. As I said I had made a withdrawl for $225 after meeting the WR on the $25 ND bonus. The only problem I have had is they do not offer Ewallet Express for withdrawal as they have it for deposit. CS had told me they would set up my ewallet when my withdrawal was approved. After receiving an email stating they couldn't process to my ewallet, I resent the accounting my ewallet info and they still I suppose wasn't able to process the withdrawal, maybe because I hadn't deposited through my ewallet. But I received an email from them today that they had opened a Quicktender account for me and deposited my withdrawal of the entire $225.00 in it, they added a link to go to my account. But when I did this, quicktender asked for my loggin info, well surprise, Grande Vegas forgot to email me that info. So I spoke with CS and they promised to have the accounting department send me the login info for my new quicktender account. So at this point they did send my withdrawal not just the $200 as was stated in the bonus rules to be the max for cashout but the whole $225. So now I am waiting for the login info for quicktender. I had also decided to register my own account with quicktender thinking maybe this would link me up to the one Grande Vegas opened for me, but got a message that my email address had already been registered, so this confirmed that Grande Vegas did open an account for me.
I have to say, so far I am very pleased with how helpful CS at Grande Vegas has been and also was pleased to finally have a payout at an RTG casino.Oh and the bonus wasn't sticky.
Had to add that I have finally was able to access my Quicktender account, evidently I had signed up a couple years ago and it was inactive. So Quicktender helped me activate my account and my withdrawal from Grande Vegas casino was there and waiting for me.![]()

I just made a first deposit with Grande Vegas for $100 and received their 200% welcome bonus. I burned through that in a few hours of play with only one decent upswing in my balance. No complaint about that though, play was about as expected. I ended up tapped out after a few hours of fun and haven't re-deposited with them. I got an email from them a couple days later saying that my account was deactivated until I sent them a load of verification documentation including a copy of my passport , drivers lic, utility bills etc; I did not make any withdrawal request and didn't win anything significant. I find it strange that they would ask for this much information just to allow me to continue playing there. I have no balance with them and I certainly won't play there again. If they ask a prospective player to jump through that many hoops with no cashout request I'd hate to think what they would want for an actual withdrawal..... blood sample, urine sample..... fingerprints and retinal scan. Grande Vegas = No Thank You, lots of other places to play

Have you been playing at Gold Vegas and made a withdrawal request?
The question seems very strange but when I made a withdrawal at Gold Vegas the email was sent from Grande Vegas.
I don`t know if those casinos are sisters but strange it is.
Maybe Melanie can help us with that issue?
