    Hi Rebel2k5,

    The wire was sent on the 19th June (afternoon). It would need time to be processed through your bank where they would need to confirm and approve it. So its been 5 and half days, lets wait for Monday and if not by then we'll query it with the bank.

    It has now been 10 days since the first wire has been sent, and I still don't have the funds.

    I really don't want to PAB in a few days.

    But I believe I have been patient enough. When I email their finance team, I never get a response. I can only get ahold of Melanie or their online chat team, who just say they will forward it to the finance team. Which again, I never get an email from or a reply from when I reply saying I have yet to get the funds.

    I want to trust this casino still, but after 10 days, it's kind of hard when people are getting theirs from other casinos in 3 days.

    Hi All,

    I've just caught the tail end of this withdrawal wire issue but 10 days is unacceptable in my book. Why does it fall back on the player to have to chase this up?

    I'm in Australia and can send a wire to the USA in 1 working day. I can receive a wire from Moneybookers in 2 working days.

    It never ceases to amaze me that casinos have no issue receiving deposits from all manner of payment methods. But as soon as the reverse comes into play (withdrawal) everything seems to fall into a major sh#t heap

    Why is that!

    Thankfully there are places like 32Red who have their collective sh#t together 100%

    Edit: I would certainly hope that Grande Vegas Casino throws Rebel2k5 a comp for this scr#w up!

    The sad thing is Rebel2k5 was a huge supporter all thru the thread thinkin positive every post they made an the casino goes an does them this way

    Maybe it's just because I've won a good amount, but I still trust them.

    I'll comment more on this tomorrow, when I should have an official response on what's going on.

    The thing that sucks is that I deploy to Iraq in less than a week. So, I have no way of really checking up on this after this Sunday
