All the games are listed but yet say if you play on restricted games, you will forfiet your winnings. They do not list the restricted games. Since they say this, there must be some games that are not allowed otherwise this would not be there if all the games were allowed??

    .
They probably added this one in case they introduced new games or removed some of the games from the list. However, this clause will confuse a lot of people so I think they will have to be more diligent and amend the list each time rather than having an all-embracing one.

Well, thjey have a few things to work out for sure, but to be expected with a new casino!

For one, they currently only have 2 withdrawal options.. For which customer service wasn't aware of the fees (he said that there are no fees charged by the casino, but that .. overnight express, which is just a cheque, or wire transfer, .... might charge something. ??)

Also, they don't have a way to convert your comp points to cash. Customer service thought it was done automatically, but wasn't aware of the rate (i think they thought I was talking about how to earn comp points, vs how to convert them).

Anyhow, I'll email their banking department and see if I can get more info!

I can't seem to find any terms for withdrawals as far as methods, or time tables regarding them. In the banking section of Casino there is Wire, and overnight Express. I would like to know how long it takes to process, and where the faxback is. I generally like to have all docs. approved before I push that first spin.

So any play experiences would be appreciated
    Hi slotheadlizard,

We will be taking off overnight express as a withdrawal method and you are still able to withdraw through wire and the e-cash methods that are displayed on the casino such as eco card, use my wallet (depending where you live). The faxback form has been added to the site under banking you will find a word doc and pdf format form. Processing with regards to wire withdraw usually takes 5-8 working days.

    Hope this helps,
    Regards,
    Melanie

Hello Melanie and welcome to the forum.

Why are you guys going to be taking off "Overnight Express" as a withdrawal method?? I was actually excited to see that one listed there and the fact you guys were willing to expedite cashouts that fast and now you say you are removing it??

I don't know why this is buried in a paragraph that starts out talking about player non-compliance with Fax Verification Forms. This should have it's own paragraph.
    Hi Westland Bowl,

Sorry i am answering everone seperately instead of one big thread, still trying to learn how to post threads, normally just reading them . This paragraph quoted above from the casino T& Cs has also been removed as it is not applicable since blackjack, roulette, craps etc does count a percentage towards the wagering requirement.

Please note faxback forms are available on the site under banking.

    Hope this helps,
    Regards
    Melanie

Take note that some games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager - up to 100%, towards the required wagering:

Slots, Parlor Games count full (100%) to wagering requirements.
Table Poker, all Roulettes, Casino War and Sicbo count a quarter (25%) to wagering requirements.
Video Poker, Craps, Baccarat count a twentieth (5%) to wagering requirements
All Blackjacks counts a fiftieth (2%) to wagering requirements.

Wagering on restricted games does not count towards the fulfillment of the wagering requirements and winnings from rounds played on restricted games before meeting the wagering requirements will be removed at the time of a cash-out request.
    Hi silcnlayc,

Like Bryan said we do still have some teething issues to sort out. The last paragraph 'wagering on restricted games does not count.....' has been removed from the promotions T&Cs. So there are no restricted games, they are set to count at different percentages as you see above for blackjack 2%, video poker 5% etc. Hope this ends the confusion

    Regards,
    Melanie

you can recieve up to $100 bonus on the first deposit. So deposits of 20-50 qualify for the bonus.

    Hi XOXO,

I have PM'ed Stovetopp and answered this question. To clarify this question with everyone, the minimum deposit is $20, so if your first time deposit is $20 dollars you receive 200% which is $40, and play with $60. If your 1st deposit is $50 you get $100.

    Regards,
    Melanie
