Is there any reason a credited MG and eCOGRA casino could possible successfully process my first withdrawal and then cancel my subsequent withdrawal? Is it right that the management decision to do this is final and binding. Seems a bit fishy to me!

Depends whether you broke ANY of their T&C's, e.g.;
Improper use of a bonus, multiple accounts, fake accounts, chargebacks, etc.

As Rob said, give the full info of what & how you played & name the casino & someone here will give you honest advice
