Hi Everyone just now I have contacted customer service reguarding a withdrawel that I have pending via wire transfer at this new casino, Jay the casino rep said that even though its on the casino and on the website that it is NOT AVAILABLE>>>>UNLESS i have one of the 4 web wallets they offer the will not grant my withdrawel...NO MONEY>> I will let you know how I go with this one..puppy
One issue I have with them is that they will not let you reddem no-deposit coupons after you deposit. So those who deposit first are penalised while those who do not try with their own money get the benefits. That sucks.

Hi Everyone for those of you who havnt won dont be upset you may have saved yourself heaps of grief...I also have been caught with the playthrough amunts, I would have cashed out a whole lot more it I had had the correct numbers.
I do have a withdrawl pending , customer service is shocking I wasnt able to read the attachment on the initial email with the fax back form, I asked Jay for another form to be sent about ten hours ago which she said was sending...still waiting here...
Still waiting for a response over the fact that they advertise wire transfer for withdrawl but now will not honour this...SHOCKING...if you are looking to deposit here thisnk long and hard b4 u do!!!! Puppy

I took up the 400% bonus i deposited 41 bucks via e-wallet took me like 4 hours to make play thru got very lucky came up ahead and still played on for another hour or so.I then withdrawn 500 re-versed it lol then got it back up to 500 cashed out again Talked with Natasha she at first said I need to send in fax back forms what a pain in the ass when i've been playing at club world for awhile now. Then I had to name names "Tom" and what he mentioned about not having to re-send forms she said she would email the cashier for me. So we will see I hoped this would be a easy process. I really like club world and never had a problem.
I've got the feeling that I'm about to be or am in the process of being screwed. I'm in the U.S., deposited via Visa and I'd love to make a withdrawl.
1. The Live Chat doesn't work.
2. The phone numbers 1-866-513-0857 & 1-888-671-2855 don't work either. One doesn't even ring, just silence and the other rings and rings, then disconnects.
3. The email support tells me:
"We would like you to call and confirm the details on your account so we know that we have the correct details for any promotions and also for security reasons. This call only takes a few minutes.
You can call us on 0044 870 1668 801
Remember you can contact us at any time as we are here 24/7."
That's a U.K. number and calling it for a few minutes will cost more than I want to withdrawl. Then there is still the matter of sending the proper documents. Hopefully I can email them. I'm not sure what info they must verify over the phone.
Guess I picked a bad week to quit sniffin' glue.

hey same thing happened to me today i pmed the clubworld rep here still hasnt responded. asked for additional docs I too am from the US. tried the numbers and they have stopped working, tried live chat wasnt working went to cashier wasnt working well with customer service like that I'll stay with rushmore at least Louise responds within an hour. Hey I'm glad I didn't deposit that 150 at luckyred, but hey rushmore got it. helps pay Louise paycheck than i don't mind

I read your posts prior to making mine. A support rep named Natasha emailed me and offered to call me. I am waiting now. I'll let you know what happens. If no satisfaction then I will contact Tom, for sure.
PS: I must add that the email support reps didn't seem to know there was a problem with the phones or chat. Natasha said she had notified their tech dept.

Hi Iron, your welcome can I suggest you im Martyn who is actually the rep for lucky red, I did this yesterday and recieved an email from him last night to say he had spoken with the right people and my withdrawl would now be approved....WHOOOOO TY MARTYN>>>>FINALLY SOMEONE AT LUCKY RED WHO KNOWS THERE STUFF!!!
I am just thrilled to finally have it out of my account as its now taken six days for this to happen..lets hope it wont be long before I have cash..Ill let u know when I get paid.
To anyone having grief with lucky red(and unfortunatly there are WAY TO MANY OF US) please contact Martyn and let him help...the lack of communication from this group is horid...as for them not knowing that the phones arent working I find it very difficult for them not to know about this .
Anyway lets see how this goes...puppy
