Probably I looked at the wrong section but the Ts and Cs still state that the third withdrawal onwards is charged at 10 euros/per withdrawal whereas there is a daily withdrawal cap of 5k euros.

Once you have updated everything maybe you can send all your players an email as these are important changes.

    BTW, what is KYC?

Great news to me since I started an account 2 days ago and will send the documents today. Now the withdrawal will be processed immediately.

That is pretty damn responsive I must say so praise is deserved for that.

Don't get too carried away though there is still that white label license and if you really want to be the best, independent audits with the results published on your site.

Still One step at a time and you have addressed every issue raised here directly so far.

    Thumbs down

    I have One then KYS.

    Over a period of 2500 spins I got a return of 18%

That has to be my worse ever.

Free spin wins are the lowest I have ever come across too.
In fact I went 15 Free spin rounds straight without breaking $5

Prior to that I got more of a game and after it I hit One good win of $80 but since then I must have played 1500 spins and hit 2 features.
I would guess my return over the last 1000 spins has been about 60% and probably less.

These slots are about as tight as they can get without being rigged to not pay at all.

We have our slots set to "loose" as we've learned a long long time ago to keep the games as loose as we can as it keeps players coming back. Operators who set their slots too tightly don't get repeat play... 75% of our play IS repeat play (so far, it's been exactly one month).

You can ask your casino host to pull your actual hold for you privately.

We just processed a few huge winners last week, >10k in winnings, but they were high rollers pushing our maximum deposit limits and playing at the top end of the games.

Bet with your head, not over it.

Do you guys generally respect that? We can certainly do that, but when I did CasinoAtlantis.com out of the IOM a hundred years ago (or so) I remember thinking that the PWC statements were pretty worthless. Sure it shows 5 paid in, 4.8M paid out or whatever, but without substantiating detail, 4.7M of that payout could have gone to ONE guy and everyone else got screwed... So I didn't think such audits were still considered important or intersting....

I'll revisit my position though if you guys DO think such a statement is meaningful.

Just my opinion, but Im with Alex here. I dont see any real value in having audits done, as the auditor can only deal with the data provided by the casino.

The question then is - do we trust the casinos to provide 100% accurate data??

Also, it seems the main software providers have built-in parameters which the operator cant manipulate beyond very strict limits, so the idea that an RTG or MG operator could be cheating is not at all likely.

Lastly, do you REALLY look at the payout % at a site before you download and play??? Just because a casino paid out 95.8% last year or last month it doesnt mean they will this month. In fact, they could pay out 110% one month and 80% the next and still have a respectable average payout.

Personally, it doesnt mean squat to me as I have absolutely no control over the payout % and I have to either accept that the games Im about to play are fair and that I will be paid if I win, or decide the site/games look too dodgy to risk my money on based on such factors as CM and CM forum member opinions and experiences and my own experiences with that software or group. The payout % would make no difference in my decision.

I know some wont agree, but thats just my take.

even tho I am in the USA sigh when a player request a withdraw say they have 8K in euros an they can withdraw 5k right?
will the other 3k sit there where they cant redeposit? Or will you make them play a intended withdraw?

I as a player hate to do a withdraw log in the next day an see my withdraw sitting there in the deposit window an I click deposit an it wont go to deposit it forces me to play my winnings if I wanna play an I think this is soooo wrong
I will not reverse I will log out an go elseware with my cash an think twice about depositing there again.

We do a withdraw for a reason an that isnt to log in the next day an be forced to reverse the withdraw it we wanna still play
    remove it from the window

an it bites you dont take USA but........

    Good Luck to ya

    Cindy

I totally agree. I made a withdrawal at Buzzluck 2 days ago, and today I felt like playing some Goldbeard. Unfortunately my withdrawal wasn't processed yet(my documents are already approved), and I really don't want to cancel it and start all over again with the withdrawal process.
