Question regarding Rocketbet

I am hoping for some feedback from any of our members that have signed up to the new Rival Casino Rocketbet.

I joined the group about a week back using a link provided by one of our esteemed member/affiliates.

Since that time I have been waiting for the promotions page to load my sign up bonus so I can make a first deposit. The page begins to load and then says "No Promotions Available".

Here is my chat transcript from this evening.

Cynthia: Hello Nikki, I signed up a few days ago and read where you were having problems with the promotions. I still do not see a sign up match bonus. Is this for me only or are you still experiencing problems?

So how about it? Is this still occuring with other new customers too or am I just really, really "special"?

So how about it? Is this still occuring with other new customers too or am I just really, really "special"?

The only thing that I can think of is that you've taken a few bonuses from other Rival casinos, and you're banned from taking new ones at a different Rival....I've had this happen a couple of times, and the bonuses magically re-appear after a manual "review."

It's pretty sad when the software provider dictates how bonuses work at each casino and bonus-bans players automatically after a certain criteria is met. It's a piss-poor business model if you ask me....if all Rivals are the same in that regard, then what sets them apart?

I've tried to sign up as an affiliate 5 times - and every time I spend 5 minutes entering all my data and then hit 'submit application' I get a 'page not found' error...
... yet another Rival glitch!

I have practically been totally bonus banned from Rival except for the occasional 50% here and there....it's a conspiracy
