Because of a situation that occured to me in their instant play poker. I managed to lose a Flush of spades hand to two pairs! 2 secs later I was kicked out of the table.
Looking in their menus for hand history, that part was magically greyed out, so I couldnt request.
I sent a mail to the support team, and they could not retrieve my hand, and I ended up closing my account, advising them to close down their instant play poker to find out if there are some bugs in the software.
Anyway, It wasn't a big loss for me so I let them have the 10-15£ or so I lost on that hand.
This kind of thing needs to be taken seriously by the casino. Clearly a major software bug going beyond a simply display error at the user's end.
Where a player is booted mid game, upon next log-in and attempt to play, the software will redisplay the aborted game - this is compulsory, you HAVE to sit through it.
The loss of hand history MIGHT be a local issue, as if this is the "stats" tab, such as on intercasino, these are stored on YOUR PC, and I myself have had an error where following disconnection the played hand's history was NOT stored.
If they cannot find it at the server end either, then the bet is void, as per terms, and the stake must be refunded.
These errors are not unique to one software vendor, I have seen them at one time or another at all the ones I play, but it seems this issue is given VERY low priority indeed, with new games being given MAXIMUM priority. Only very SERIOUS bugs receive the attention they need, and by "serious", I mean "player advantage exploit" that is costing casinos money. Almost as serious are bugs that prevent the casinos from MAKING money, such as when players are prevented from playing; or lose confidence in playing because of a series of widely experienced, and reported, issues. Minor bugs seen NEVER to be fixed, and this can be infuriating when they occur frequently.
