    Casinolasvegas

I have been playing a bit on CasinoLasvegas recently. My first withdrawal of 175$ went through ok. Recently i made another 2 withdrawals. One for 490 and another for 425. I jsut received an email regarding the 490 withdrawal.

Thank you for accepting a recent promotional offer and receiving a bonus because of it. We understand you now wish to cash-out your winnings. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request until you comply with our promotional bonus policy by wagering $1687.50 on appropriate games. For further information regarding our bonus policy, please visit the promotions section of our web site at: http://www.casinolasvegas.com/.

Please note, that the casino's management reserves the right to withhold winnings on same withdrawal requests that were declined for wagering more then 3 times, and in which there was no progress in fulfilling the wagering requirements between one withdrawal request to the other.

Im pretty sure the 2nd withdrwal will be rejected too. Now, im not sure what promotion i accepted here. When u deposit on CasinoLasVegas you automatically receive a bonus that u use along with what youve deposited, and when u withdraw all bonuses are removed. So is this standard stuff here guys?

Also, what the hell are they getting at with their last paragraph? seems kinda dodgy. Thanks guys.

That last sentence would be more sensible if 'same' is replaced by 'some' whereas 'more then' is replaced by 'less than'.

For a start, although the bonus was automatic you could have contacted them to remove the bonus before playing. Alternatively, if you had not used the bonus or part of the bonus to make large bets you could still argue that you did not voluntarily accept the bonus. Good Luck mate.

Hmm, i seem to be pretty fecked here so. What are the best ways to reach these wagering requirements without losing a load. CasinoLasVegas seem pretty dodgy from the sound of your site anyway. Would this policy be standard on most sites? Chuchu, what would u recommend is the best email i could send them at this stage? any help appreciated.

I havent played at Playtech-powered casinos for at least 2 years but when I was still able to play some bonuses were given automatically.

You got the bonus 3 times I believe and it is clearly written in the promo terms and conditions that you must ask for your bonus to be removed before playing. You didnt contact support to clarify this and as I said in my earlier post if you had used part or all of the bonus to place big bets, then I am afraid you will have to complete the wagering requirements.

The wording at their site seems okay so I dont understand where how they send you such a poorly-worded email.

Never mind. It seems that there are a bunch of games that do not count towards wagering requirements but my favourite game ie Paigow Poker isnt among those listed. I would suggest you confirm with support that this game counts towards wagering requirements and then proceed with low bets of $2 - $5 bets. Playtech paigow is quite fair and there are a lot of pushes. In my opinion, it is likely that you will lose about 4%-5% on your total wagering on $1687 which translates to $70 - $90. Slots is not a good option purely for clearing wagering requirements as most playtech slots are of medium to high variance.

Hi Elvis, I take it you just didn't play slots. Which games did you play?

Slots will count 100% to wagering, they should have a graph on there website to tell you how the games contribute to wagering.

You should probably wait to your other withdrawal is sent back to you before taking a crack at wagering, the extra cash will help also if you don't, I see things getting complicated at there end.

But then again if you made two separate deposits, with two different amounts of wagering, they may not be able to.

And this could be a major disadvantage to you if your other cash-out had next to none wagering left, you may want to talk this threw with them before they take action, point out you've already lost the subs so sweeten my deal.

PS, is this casino a Baden from the get go, or is it more trust worthy now that they got the Will Hill name?

I'm not 100% sure what you meant there, but I would recommend you don't do anything until you have them clarify (in writing) exactly which games count toward WR, and at what %'s.

As Lookaway pointed out, they are now under the 'umbrella' of a Will Hill owned company, so once you meet all the requirements I'm certain you wont have any problems with your cash-out.

Good luck - let us know how it goes!

Sorry typo there, I emailed them to ask what my total wagering requirements are? Oh good that they're under William Hill now. I also asked them if the piagow game counts towards it. Do ye all think this is the best game to play depending on the how much it contributes towards the wagering requirement?

As long as you know how to play the game and it counts at least 50%, then yes.
(Chuchu does know what he's talking about!)
I always used to use PaiGow to clear Intercasino bonuses, until they changed the rules...
