Hi sparkles, I got paid about 5 hours ago.

I know that you're payment is still processing and I'm sorry that it is taking so long. I spoke to Accounting last Friday and they told me your payment should be issued by the end of that day.

Today your payment still hasn't been issued and that is unacceptable. I inquired again to find out why on earth it has been 8 days and you have not been paid! Accounting has informed me that Neteller payments using the Pantasia payment system have all been delayed. I don't know the specifics involving Neteller but I have been assured that the issue should be sorted shortly. I apologize on behalf of Cocoa Casino for the delay.

I hope you get some credit to sparkles, it was a nice gift. But I really could of done with the funds over the weekend. I wonder if the $40 can be withdrawn.

you have been paid lookaway!!!, and it was good of the Casino to offer some sort of apology, because its not good enough.

I havent even had an answer to my last email, a good couple of hours ago.
And anything Ive been sent has sure not been from the Manager,

is they do not share accounting with cocoa.

"We expect the withdrawal as mentioned earlier to be done by the end of the week due to the circumstances mentioned in our previous emails"

The tone of there emails, tells me, they are not particularly worried by anything I ask

I guess by the end of this week, when it hits the 10 business days, Ill be told another day/days

I wouldn't be surprised if your multiple postings in this thread were delaying your withdrawal. It works like that sometimes.

I did cash-out that $40 in the end, I really wanted to make good of the 100% match. But couldn't because of the $40 cash.

I guess I will probably get bonus banned now.

I wouldnt be surprised in the slightest, but If I can help one person
not to be in the same situation then in my eyes thats a good thing.

I joined CM quite a while ago, but I just looked and read, there was things
I could have said in the past that could have been helpful to people, but I was a wissy, and didnt post.

Myself I have learnt so much from reading the forum, and appreciate it immensely, so like I say if this helps even just one person that would be great.
