to add a little fuel to this "discussion", the casino manager on the phone to me (I dont have any proof, as i dodnt record it) when discussing playing with them, he said to the effect "I know what happens on other online casinos, and dont want to elaborate, as there are many things that happen there" he was I think refering to trustworthiness of other softwares, besides for Microgaming. the funniest thing is, they now move to RTG, it seems to be ringing some bells, and besides all the other dodgy outfits he managed were all RTG too, seems as though he may have a little more "power" over the software there. I havent played on an RTG platform, for about 2 years now, and this seems like the nail on the coffin about choosing to play on an RTG casino, unless they are very very trustworthy this is my opinion, and thoughts |

I know doyle brunson is one of the legends in texas holdem
If he lent his name to a dodgy outfit that is unreal. Does Doyle endorse this casino or is his name just being used?

This conversation took place on 1st March. I can tell you that Microgaming was still listed on the site, and it was sufficiently confusing that I had to contact the support rep. Depending on which URL you used, you'd either get Microgaming or RTG. Quote:
It seems that the "Powered by Microgaming" was up there for at least six weeks from January to some time in March when they finally got around to fixing things: http://online.casinocity.com/news/ne...rticleId=83275 Which is ridiculous. Like I said, useless. |

My experience with them has been good. I recently deposited for their first deposit casino bonus, ended up winning a few k, withdrew and had the winnings in my Neteller account within days. All paid in one lump sum to, not spread out $1k or $2k per week like certain other RTGs.
I used to play in their poker room a couple of years ago, and didn't have any problems then either. |

Other forums are piled of people complaining slow or no payment. Besides, for their managers reputation, my experiance and many on the net, their useless support, no reponse from their casino department, and their wierd change to RTG, I would keep away from playing there. |

Well I deposited and played the SUB yesterday, made a withdrawal request and sent my faxback form in to the security department.
I then received an email within a few hours asking if they could call me to complete the verification process, which they did within 10 minutes and they were very polite and said my withdrawal would be sent within 24 hours. So far, I would say they are right on track and I will post when the funds arrive. Uungy - just wondering why you wouldnt want to chase 1k in winnings if they were rightfully yours? Maybe Im a miser but I would chase any amount if it was legit. Seems like a lot of moola to leave behind. Did you PAB?? P.S. The live chat support was very fluent in English and knew exactly what the processes were and was very helpful. Last edited by Nifty29; 1st April 2009 at 03:23 PM. Reason: added PS |
