    My vote is to use good ewallet. Neteller was good until they froze my US funds, ecocard is solid, and I guess moneybookers is really popular.

    The fees to fund initially are a drag, but transactions in/out of the casinos generally don't have a charge, which is great. Plus, the ewallet balance sort of becomes your gambling "bank account" which might help you track spending.
