Rival. quick answer needed

Hi
if u are in a chat with a person on livechat at any of the rival casinos...Can u ask them to send a copy of the chat-sessiona dn will they do it?
I am asking because i got an answer from someone right now that i like, but dont really buy =)

if u cant copy and paste, try maximising the chat and taking a screen grab (press ALT+PRINT SCR) and then go to paint and do paste.

ive done that before...

i doubt they would email you, but you never know. screen grab is best, but of course they could argue u doctored it. but surely even easier to doctor an email!?

Look to see if there is a little mail icon...I know Slotocash mails you a chat transcript if you choose that option, as does ThisIsVegas and CherryRed.

Every time I've ever used Rival chat, when I finished a new message appeared asking me to rate the chat 1-10, there was a box for adding comments/suggestions & a button to click for an e-mail copy of my chat...
Always arrived OK too!

It is quite a good idea to do a cut & paste before leaving chat as well - just in case; Point your mouse pointer just behind the last word in the chat, hold down the left button and drag upwards to highlight all the text. Release the button & press Ctrl+C on your keyboard. Go to word or notepad and press Ctrl+V.
