    VIP Bonuses, Expectations, And Such

just a question about VIP and bonuses for them.

I am a VIP at FL, have deposited just over 20,000 since nov. 08. the vip support have been okay in my opinion in regards to bonuses. what in anyones opinion should i be expecting in regards to bonuses from them? it was my birthday yesterday and i recieved 100.00. i dont know if its being greedy or no but should i have expected more? 20k is a lot of money in three months i would say. i deposit everyday as well. any thoughts????

    Hi ainse55

    Thank you for your posting.

I have checked all 9 accounts that you have with us and noticed that you have deposited a total of $12 849.71 life to date, that you had nett withdrawals of $18 232.52 (after several cash-in reversals and less $300 chargebacks) life to date and that you had received a total of $1 806.62 in bonuses in the last 50 days.

Our bonuses are granted depending on several factors and, as all of your accounts are quite new, I am certain that you will still see the benefit of our bonuses in future.

Traditionally, casinos care more about playthrough than deposits.

I could deposit every day too... then just withdraw the funds. Then the casino would pay transaction fees and it would do them no good at all.

Probably didnt have to be so specific with all those figures except for the total amount in deposits which is some way off from the $20K claimed. If the bonus was a gesture of goodwill, the amount in withdrawals should not be factored in. Nevertheless, a bonus of $100 is not to be sneezed at as it nearly amounts to 1% of total deposits and remember this is a no-deposit bonus.

i was never complaining in my post, just to note, i was mearly asking others opinions. in fact i have applauded FL since day one, not only here but on other forums as well. my only "complaint" if youwant to call it that was the post of confiscations. im just unclear about a portion of them that is all, and am simply looking for help with sorting them out, and how to go about it. i like fortune lounge and love to play at their casinos, and if we are going to be specific i have deposited 13,538.00 to date just into ONE of my NINE accounts....im not trying to start any beef or establish a grudge or hard feelings.i obviously support this group of casinos, other wise i would play somewhere else

    Hi ainse

I did not take your post as a complaint and did not treat it as such.

The intention of my post is to set the record straight in terms of your real purchase amount, the cash-ins you have had and the bonuses you received so that readers can see the full picture and then comment. Although chuchu feels that only the purchase amount would have been sufficient, I deliberately included the other items as one needs to look at the full picture.

In your original posting you only stated your (incorrect) purchase amount which would have created an incorrect perception and would have evoked the wrong response.

We sincerely appreciate your patronage and I am delighted that you enjoy playing with us. Again, hang in there and you will experience the benefit of our bonuses.

i understand why FORTUNE LOUNGE needed to post the information. i am not angry, my post was a bit overshot, i hadnt deposited 20k, it was a bit exaggerated, and i hadnt been specific. FORTUNE LOUNGE is a great group of casinos, and i would reccommend them to ANYONE. Fortune lounge was simply doing what he had to do in order to make sure that the group was not conceived as something they are not. i would do it, you would do it i think anyone with any pride would do it. they are not in the wrong, if anyone its me. and to note, Fortune lounge and I have conversed regarding the thread topic, and i have concluded based on the response from them that the service i recieve is top notch and second to none

Well, I am glad you are okay with them publishing such personal details, but I am not. The rep could have replied by saying simply that your deposits were less than $20K, and that your withdrawals exceeded your deposits. Or replied to you in a PM.

Without express authorization, IMO a casino has no right to discuss a player's deposits and withdrawals, especially in such detail.

    Hi Jasminebed

You are quite right that I should not have quoted the numbers to such extent and I apologise for the error in judgement.

In all the years I have been posting on this forum you will see that it is not in my habit to do so and personal information is never relayed. However, in this case I deemed it necessary, rightly or not and I take personal responsibility for it.

Please be assured that this will not happen again unless the situation absolutely requires it.
