    My view....

...is that their is no acceptable reason for an accredited (or indeed any) casino to publish such personal information in a user group forum. It was clearly a 'defensive' response to a 'offensive' statement. However in my humble opinion, however tempting it may have been to defend your company, your actions are totally inappropriate.

I very rarely wade into anyone else's business but this is shocking. In the UK, publishing this type of information without consent would be against the law.

Your apology to the forum is noted and appreciated. One must question though how often this 'lapse of judgement' is repeated elsewhere.

a bonus of $100 is not to be sneezed at
I would be extremely happy to receive a nice little bonus such as this myself...after so many YEARS of depositing and being a member of the FL group..

I think that when a player posts their own personal information all bets are off..no? It would have been nice if the casino rep asked the person in question in a PM to be able to reply to the post on board prior to replying..but once the player gives out most of the info, it is already public knowledge, (no?).

    Just asking....really curious on this...

In my opinion, the fact that the player decides to post the information is irrelevant. Casinos have a duty to keep information confidential - end of. If FL chose to respond / defend themselves generally to a subject matter, fine. Anything else should be dealt with privately - however inflamatory the original post may / may not be.

The point is that as a regular player, I for one will not give my business to a company that discloses my personal information. It's as simple as that. I am sure others will feel the same.

    Again, just my opinion.

It's borderline. As is, it's just a bunch of dollar figures assocaited with a pseudonym. No names, accounts, banks, or any geographic information. Although it does give us a better picture of ainse's gambling history there.

I would probably frown on being that specific.

    hi

hi all i have played at the fl casinos now for about 5 or 6 years and they r the best. 100$ for ur b-day is good i did,nt even get that much and i have played there awhile. but u can,t beat their bonusies they treat their players very very good. but one persons likes is anoughter persons dislikes. and they r very fast with any cash-ins that i do. i don,t see the promble with them posting what she has put in if she don,t have a promble with it noone elas should eather. about them taking money out of ur cash-ins they have done this to me once and told me it was for money that they never got that i had deposited so one it did,nt go thought on my card and i never notice or something elas went wrong. but it only happened once and they have never done it again. u might want to go thought ur records and see if maybe this happened to u 2. hope u play for a long time with them caz they r one of the best casinos on-line.
