Happy New Year ! Nor trying to be sarcastic , but what part of "RANDOM" don't you understand.?..If one does not believe the spins are randomfor the jackpot or for the slots or for the cards beling dealt, or for the roulette wheel or for the dice, then one should not play at that particular casino.

the word "RANDOM" can mean many things...........
if the manager at inet typed in $5678 then the jackpot would pay at $5678 that would still be random.............would it not?

or does the RJ think to itself oh im going to pay in a minute (on any figure it decides it wants to go off)

as for the reels yes they are random not debating the reels as this is a RJ thread!

now there must be some sort of control or it could go on forever?

so how does the RJ actually get triggered? (can you give more details)

im not trying to catch you out or cause any friction im just really curious how they work or how there programmed to work

I am sorry but I am not a programmer.
All I know is we have no control whatsoever as to when or to whom they hit. It is entirely random. We have seen jackpots hot and then hit again a few spins later. Whilst on other machines they have not hit for much longer periods of time.

I think it would be better if they had the rj's hit at certain levels such as a max limit say $5000....then at least we know it will hit whereas many are hit and many of us wonder if they really were hit or just removed...when I see one sitting there over $10,000, all I can think of is that they will remove it soon...we do not see many of these posted anywhere...including the casinos..I have looked to see who has hit them and not all are posted on the website, so where are the rest?

I am talking about all rtg casinos...due to the minimum cashouts (withdrawals) allowed by them all, why in the world would they think that more is better for a winner but lousy for withdrawal when more lower wins are better for more players...and withdrawals....

I have always said the Rapid Fire jackpots were the best. The never went over $2500 and gave many players chances to hit them..

I know I am repeating myself on this but to go 12 years playing daily at a certain number of rtg casinos and not hit one...the odds of that are astronomical..whereas I have hit the rapid fire jackpots when we were allowed to play them , 5 in a year .

So to call this a random jackpot is truly not what it is IMO...because then most would have hit them at least once in a lifetime...

And bigger is NOT better ....

I know I follwed both of the jackpots for quite a while as I usually do at most of the RTG casinos and I will say this, all the machines must be broke..STUPIDLY still believing that most casinos are on the up and up, I continued to spin hundreds of spins without bonus rounds and I guess this is why they can pay out these huge amounts..the players such as me keep feeding them without any kind of play time..

I think I had one of those light bulb moments today...while playing at Inetbet..after numerous deposits the last two days including today, and non winning spins...things have definitely changed here and at Clubworld..

Time to leave these two for better playgrounds and to let others continue to supplement them...and no more spinning for the unattainable unrandom jackpots...IMO only...and if one feels this way, which I do now, it's time to move on which I am......

1) There is a BIG PROBLEM with RTG Random Jackpots, and it is indeed the MAX CASHOUT that some of their promotions have. This means that it is an advantage for the casino to have large random jackpots, as more can be "confiscated" where they happen to be hit on a max cashout promotion. iNetBet seems to have 10x and even 5x max cashouts on free chips, and often the value of the free chip is miserly, meaning that winning an RJ from one means having almost the whole amount confiscated.

Consider the managers bonus, 10x max cashout and often small amounts of $10. This would allow the first $100 to be cashed out from an RJ, with the rest supposedly placed back - but this is a hot topic, how can we be certain this happens after a hit, WE do not know if it was from a free chip and "confiscated", and to expect it to go back into the game. This DID come up, with the winner of an RJ at an RTG casino being a Casinomeister member, and revealing that they did not receive much of the win because it was from a free chip, and it didn't seem the "confiscated" amount had been placed back into the game.

2) Anyone noticed? - RTG have REMOVED a number of games from their casinos - don't know when (I know WHY though ), absolutely NO announcement - something to hide no doubt

It is unusual for games to be REMOVED from casinos, although a regular stream of new games can be expected.



3) It is possible for an RTG casino to place more than one slot into the same RJ pool - when this is first done, the pooling can create the effect of a sudden appearance of unusually large RJs, which will even out as they are hit. They will grow faster, but should hit more often. Club World set theirs up in groups of 6 (approx), so they should grow 6x as fast, but hit 6x as often (assuming all slots within the group are equally popular).
RTG casinos may have done this to counter the reduction in activity caused by UIGEA, and to ensure that there is the greater chance of at least some RJs showing a temptingly high value.

VWM, I am so glad you posted this for it is almost exactly how I am beginning to feel. On top of this,

some RJs showing a temptingly high value.

I also feel it is a come on now to suck many dry only to have money as you said, confiscated in the end...

As good a casino as Inetbet has been...something is definitely not feeling right anymore as I said and the RJ is part of this gut feeling nowadays..What happened to all the $1000,2000,3000,4000 dollar RJ winners?

The jackpots have become so big that this only means it has less winners and the pay out is set in a scheduled manner whereas the smaller ones weren't..This also means they are keeping the money longer (spread out over a time for dispersing). I guess this is why they are going to the bigger jackpots...to slow the release of funds...

On the topic of RTG, I havent been going too well either lately and the bonus rounds Ive found to be quite lousy, but it could be just bad luck I guess.

One thing I did notice was a difference in the reel positions on Diamond Dozen (which I play quite regularly). As Im sure others do, I get to know how many scatters/bonus symbols are on each reel as they roll, and it seems that there is only ONE blue diamond on the 3rd reel where there used to be TWO. Now maybe Im losing it, and maybe it doesnt actually make a difference either way, but I did think it was odd.

Anyway, bottom line is that I cant hit a win anywhere with RTG at present.
