It has gotten better over the last month but i used to get at least three a day.

i signed up with them several months ago, didnt make a deposit then out of the blue i received 3 phone calls from them in about 10 days trying to get me to deposit,in the first phone call they said they just wanted to activate my real money account by offering me a 250% bonus if i deposited there and then, i didnt take them up on there offer, the same with the 2nd call by the time the 3rd call came i just hung up, i tried to login a couple of days ago and the account was locked,

I played there twice, about two times too many imho i didnt care for the high geared customer service approach, i will just stick to the ones i know from the casinomeister list, safer that way..........laurie

they have nice bonuses that are cashable and their slots usually hit better then other RTG. I have lots of screenshots from this casino.
Do I recommend them , not really - because they a bit slow with payments.

All I know is they call my house 2 times a month.
To me it's ok least I have contact with them.
It's better to have that than nothing at all.
I even told them they have to call me between 7am-12 or 6-8 or they won't get me.zzzzzzzzzzz

i was doing my grocery shopping and a manager called me, i asked him if he could call me in an hour as i would be home then, as i was going down the produce line, he asked if i could just open up my account from my computer dude im trying to pick out a good head of lettuce and some tomatoes, i dont have have a puter with me in my buggy lmao............. he was talking money, bonuses and money the whole time and i was thinking of dinner dinner dinner, i hate those types of calls.......laurie

They haven't phoned me (they don't have my number!) but I met the manager at CAP Barcelona and he and his team were VERY arrogant & pushy. He & a colleague even interrupted my breakfast with a friend outside the conference hall to try to persuade me to promote them! They kept telling me how wonderful their casino was - best on the net & crap like that - so I gave them the cold shoulder.
I hate pushy people / organisations - it's a total turn-off.
